- 3:1 Remind them to be subject to rulers, to authorities, to be obedient, to be ready unto every good work,

你要提醒众人服从执政的、掌权的，顺从他们，预备行各样的善事。
- 3:2 To slander no one, to be uncontentious, gentle, showing all meekness toward all men.

不要毁谤人，不要争竞，乃要谦让宜人，向众人显出十分的温柔。
- 3:3 For we also were once foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving as slaves various lusts and pleasures, spending our lives in malice and envy, hateful, hating one another.

因为我们从前也是无知、悖逆、受迷惑的，给各样的私欲和宴乐作奴仆，将生命时光耗费于恶毒和嫉妒，是可恨的，又是彼此相恨。
- 3:4 But when the kindness and the love to man of our Savior God appeared,

然而，当我们救主神的恩慈，和祂对人的爱显现的时候，
- 3:5 Not out of works in righteousness which we did but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and the renewing of the Holy Spirit,

祂便救了我们，并不是本于我们所成就的义行，乃是照着祂的怜悯，借着重生的洗涤，和圣灵的更新。
- 3:6 Whom He poured out upon us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior,

这圣灵就是神借着耶稣基督我们的救主，丰丰富富浇灌在我们身上的，
- 3:7 In order that having been justified by His grace, we might become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

好叫我们既因祂的恩典得称义，就可以照着永远生命的盼望成为后嗣。
- 3:8 Faithful is the word, and concerning these things I desire you to confidently affirm, so that those who have believed in God may be careful to maintain respectable works. These things are good and profitable to men.

这话是可信的，我也愿你把这些事确实坚信的讲明，使那些已信神的人留心作正经事业。这些都是美事，并且与人有益。
- 3:9 But avoid foolish questionings and genealogies and strifes and contentions about the law, for they are unprofitable and vain.

但要远避愚拙的辩论、家谱、争竞、以及因律法而起的争论，因为这些都是无益虚妄的。
- 3:10 A factious man, after a first and second admonition, refuse,

分门结党的人，警戒过一两次，就要拒绝；
- 3:11 Knowing that such a one is perverted and is sinning, though he is condemned by his own self.

知道这等人已经深入歧途，虽定自己的罪，仍是犯罪。
- 3:12 When I send Artemas to you or Tychicus, be diligent to come to me at Nicopolis, for I have decided to spend the winter there.

我打发亚提马或推基古到你那里去的时候，你要赶紧往尼哥波立去见我，因为我已经定意在那里过冬。
- 3:13 Zenas the lawyer and Apollos send forward diligently that nothing may be lacking to them.

你要赶紧给律法师西纳和亚波罗送行，叫他们没有缺乏。
- 3:14 And let those also who are ours learn to maintain respectable works for their necessary needs, that they may not be unfruitful.

并且我们的人也要学习作正经事业，好应必需，免得不结果子。
- 3:15 All who are with me greet you. Greet those who love us in faith. Grace be with you all.
