- 22:1 My God, my God, why have You forsaken me? Why are You so far from saving me, From the words of my groaning?
-
我的神，我的神，你为什么弃绝我？为什么远离不救我，不听我唉哼的言语？
- 22:2 O my God, I call out in the day, but You do not answer; And in the night, but there is no rest for me.
-
我的神阿，我白日呼求，你不应允；夜间呼求，也得不着安宁。
- 22:3 But You are holy, You who sit enthroned Upon the praises of Israel.
-
但你是圣别的，是用以色列的赞美为宝座的。
- 22:4 In You our fathers trusted; They trusted and You rescued them.
-
我们的祖宗信靠你；他们信靠你，你便解救他们。
- 22:5 To You they cried out and were delivered; In You they trusted and were not put to shame.
-
他们哀求你，便蒙解救；他们信靠你，就不羞愧。
- 22:6 But I am a worm and not a man, A reproach of men and one despised by the people.
-
但我是虫，不是人，是众人所羞辱，百姓所藐视的。
- 22:7 All who see me deride me; They sneer at me; they shake their heads, saying,

凡看见我的都嗤笑我；他们撇嘴摇头，说，
- 22:8 He committed himself to Jehovah; let Him rescue him; Let Him deliver him since He takes pleasure in him.

他把自己交托耶和华，耶和华可以救护他罢；耶和华既喜悦他，可以搭救他罢。
- 22:9 But You are the One who drew me forth from the womb, Who made me trust while at my mother's breasts.
-
但你是叫我出母腹的；我在母怀里，你就使我有倚靠的心。
- 22:10 I was cast upon You from birth; From my mother's womb You have been my God.
-
我从母胎里就被交托给你；从我母腹中，你就是我的神。
- 22:11 Do not be far from me, For trouble is near, For there is none to help me.
-
求你不要远离我，因为患难临近了，没有人帮助我。
- 22:12 Many bulls surround me; The mighty bulls of Bashan encompass me.
-
有许多公牛围绕我；巴珊大力的公牛包围我。
- 22:13 They open their mouth at me, Like a ravening and roaring lion.
-
他们向我张口，好像抓撕吼叫的狮子。
- 22:14 I am poured out like water, And all my bones are out of joint. My heart is like wax; It is melted within me.

我如水被倒出来，我的骨头都脱了节。我的心如蜡，在我里面融化。
- 22:15 My strength is dried up like a shard, And my tongue is stuck to my jaws; You have put me in the dust of death.

我的精力枯干，如同瓦片，我的舌头贴在牙床上；你将我安置在死地的尘土中。
- 22:16 For dogs surround me; A company of evildoers encloses me; They pierce my hands and feet.

犬类围着我；恶党环绕我；他们扎了我的手，我的脚。
- 22:17 I count all my bones; They look, they stare at me.
-
我的骨头，我都能数算；他们瞪着眼看我。
- 22:18 They divide my garments to themselves, And for my clothing they cast lots.
-
他们分了我的外衣，又为我的衣服拈阄。
- 22:19 But You, O Jehovah, be not far off; O my help, hasten to aid me.
-
耶和华阿，求你不要远离我；我的帮助阿，求你快来援助我。
- 22:20 Deliver my soul from the sword, My precious life from the power of the dog;
-
求你救我的魂脱离刀剑，救我宝贵的生命脱离犬类的爪；
- 22:21 Save me from the mouth of the lion; Indeed while I am in the horns of wild oxen, answer me.
-
救我脱离狮子的口；求你应允我，使我脱离野牛的角。
- 22:22 I will declare Your name to my brothers; In the midst of the assembly I will praise You.
-
我要向我的弟兄宣告你的名；在会中我要赞美你。
- 22:23 You who fear Jehovah, praise Him! All you seed of Jacob, glorify Him! And stand in awe of Him, all you seed of Israel!
-
你们敬畏耶和华的人，要赞美祂！你们雅各的后裔，都要荣耀祂！你们以色列的后裔，都要畏惧祂！
- 22:24 For He has not despised nor detested The affliction of him who is afflicted; And He has not hidden His face from him; But when he cried out to Him, He heard.
-
因为祂没有轻看、厌恶受苦之人的苦难；也没有向他掩面；那受苦之人向祂呼求的时候，祂就垂听。
- 22:25 From You comes my praise in the great assembly; My vows will I pay before those who fear Him.
-
我在大会中赞美你的话，是从你而来的；我要在敬畏耶和华的人面前还我的愿。
- 22:26 The lowly will eat and be satisfied; Those who seek after Jehovah will praise Him-May your hearts live forever!
-
卑微的人必吃得饱足；寻求耶和华的人必赞美祂－愿你们的心永远活着！
- 22:27 All the ends of the earth Will remember and return to Jehovah, And all families of the nations Will worship before You;
-
地的四极都要想念耶和华，并且归向祂；列国的万族，都要在你面前敬拜。
- 22:28 For the kingdom is Jehovah's, And He rules among the nations.
-
因为国度是耶和华的，祂在列国中掌权。
- 22:29 All the flourishing of the earth Will eat and worship. All who go down into the dust will bow down before Him, Even he who does not keep his soul alive.
-
地上一切丰肥的人，必吃喝而敬拜。凡下到尘土中不能存活自己性命的人，都要在祂面前下拜。
- 22:30 A seed will serve Him; That which concerns the Lord will be told to a coming generation.
-
必有后裔事奉祂；主的事必传述与后代。
- 22:31 They will come and declare His righteousness To a people yet to be born, that He has done this.
-
他们必来把祂的公义传给将要生的民，言明这是祂所行的。
