17:1 Hear, O Jehovah, what is righteous; Give heed to my cry; Give ear to my prayer, Which is not made with lips of deceit.
耶和华阿，求你听闻公义，垂听我的呼吁；求你侧耳听我这不出于诡诈嘴唇的祷告。
17:2 May a judgment for me come forth from Your presence; May Your eyes regard equity.
愿你对我的判语，从你面前发出；愿你的眼睛察看公正。
17:3 You have examined my heart; You have visited me by night; You have tried me: You have found nothing. I have resolved that my mouth will not transgress.
你已经试验我的心；你在夜间鉴察我；你熬炼我，却找不着什么。我立志使我口中没有过犯。
17:4 Regarding the works of man, by the word of Your lips, I have kept myself from the paths of the violent man.
论到人的行为，我借着你嘴唇的言语，保守自己不行强暴人的道路。
17:5 My steps have held fast to Your tracks; My footsteps have not slipped.
我的步伐稳踏在你的路径上，我的脚步未曾滑跌。
17:6 I call on You, for You will answer me, O God; Incline Your ear to me; hear my speaking.
神阿，我呼求你，因为你必应允我；求你向我侧耳，听我的言语。
17:7 Wondrously display Your lovingkindness, You who save by Your right hand Those who take refuge in You from them who rise up against them.
求你奇妙的显示你的慈爱；你用右手拯救投靠你的，脱离起来攻击他们的人。
17:8 Guard me like the pupil of Your eye; In the shadow of Your wings hide me
求你保护我，如同保护你眼中的瞳人；将我隐藏在你翅膀的荫下，
17:9 From the presence of the wicked who oppress me, From my deadly enemies, who close in upon me.
使我脱离欺压我的恶人，就是围困我，要害我命的仇敌。
17:10 They have shut up their fat hearts; With their mouths they speak arrogantly.
他们关闭了他们被脂油包裹的心，用口说狂妄的话。
17:11 Now they have surrounded us in our steps; They have fixed their eyes on casting us down to the ground.
现在他们围困了我们的脚步；他们瞪着眼，要把我们推倒在地。
17:12 He is like a lion that is eager to tear, And like a young lion lurking in hidden places.
他像狮子急要抓食，又像少壮狮子蹲伏在隐密处。
17:13 Arise, O Jehovah, confront him; bring him down. With Your sword rescue my soul from the wicked man,
耶和华阿，求你起来，迎面抵挡他，将他打倒。求你用你的刀救护我的性命脱离恶人；
17:14 From mortal men with Your hand, O Jehovah, From mortal men of the world, whose portion is in this life, And whose belly You fill with Your treasure; They are satisfied with children, And they leave their abundance for their little ones.
