- 57:1 Be gracious to me, O God, be gracious to me; For my soul takes refuge in You; Indeed in the shadow of Your wings I will take refuge, Until the destruction passes by.

神阿，求你恩待我，恩待我；因为我的心投靠你；我要投靠在你翅膀的荫下，等到灾害过去。
- 57:2 I call out to God the Most High, To the God who accomplishes all things for me.

我要呼求至高的神，就是为我成全诸事的神。
- 57:3 He sends forth from heaven and saves me; He reproaches him who would trample me; God sends forth His lovingkindness and His faithfulness.

神必从天上发出慈爱和信实，并拯救我，祂斥责那践踏我的人；细拉神必向我发出祂的慈爱和信实。
- 57:4 My soul is among lions; I lie down among those who blaze forth, the sons of men, Whose teeth are spears and arrows, And whose tongue is a sharp sword.

我的性命在狮子中间；我躺卧在性如烈火的世人当中，他们的牙齿是枪是箭；他们的舌头是快刀。
- 57:5 Be exalted above the heavens, O God; Let Your glory be above all the earth.

- 57:6 They have prepared a net for my steps; My soul is bowed down. They have dug a pit before me; They have fallen into it themselves.

- 57:9 I will give thanks to You among the peoples, O Lord; I will sing psalms to you among the nations.

- 57:10 For Your lovingkindness is as great as the heavens; And Your faithfulness reaches the sky.
