- 123:2 Behold, as the eyes of the servants Look to the hand of their masters, As the eyes of a servant girl Look to the hand of her mistress, So our eyes look to Jehovah our God, Until He is gracious to us.

看哪，仆人的眼睛怎样望主人的手，使女的眼睛怎样望主母的手，我们的眼睛也照样望耶和华我们的神，直到祂恩待我们。
- 123:3 Be gracious to us, O Jehovah, be gracious to us; For we are greatly filled with contempt.

- 123:4 Our soul is greatly filled With the scorn of those who are at ease, With the contempt of the proud.
