- 103:1 Bless Jehovah, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name.

我的魂哪，你要颂赞耶和华；在我里面的一切，都要颂赞祂的圣名。
- 103:2 Bless Jehovah, O my soul; And do not forget all His benefits:
-
我的魂哪，你要颂赞耶和华，不可忘记祂的一切恩惠：
- 103:3 He pardons all your iniquities; He heals all your diseases;
-
祂赦免你的一切罪孽，医治你的一切疾病；
- 103:4 He redeems your life from the pit; He crowns you with lovingkindness and compassions;
-
祂救赎你的命不见朽坏，以慈爱和怜恤为你的冠冕；
- 103:5 He satisfies the prime of your life with good, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle.
-
祂用美物使你所愿的得以满足，以致你如鹰反老还童。
- 103:6 Jehovah executes righteous acts, And judgments for all who are oppressed.
-
耶和华施行公义，为一切受欺压的伸冤。
- 103:7 He made His ways known to Moses; His acts, to the children of Israel.
-
祂使摩西知道祂的法则，叫以色列人晓得祂的作为。
- 103:8 Jehovah is compassionate and gracious, Long-suffering and abundant in lovingkindness.
-
耶和华有怜恤，有恩典，不轻易发怒，且有丰盛的慈爱。
- 103:9 He will not always contend with us, Nor will He keep His anger forever.
-
祂不长久责备，也不永远怀怒。
- 103:10 He has not dealt with us according to our sins, Nor has He recompensed us according to our iniquities.
-
祂没有按我们的罪过对待我们，也没有照我们的罪孽报应我们。
- 103:11 For as high as the heavens are above the earth, So great is His lovingkindness upon those who fear Him.
-
天离地何等的高，祂的慈爱向敬畏祂的人，也是何等的大。
- 103:12 As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us.
-
东离西有多远，祂叫我们的过犯，离我们也有多远。
- 103:13 As compassionate as a father is toward his children, So compassionate is Jehovah toward those who fear Him.
-
父亲怎样怜恤他的儿女，耶和华也怎样怜恤敬畏祂的人。
- 103:14 For He knows our frame; He remembers that we are dust.
-
因为祂知道我们的本体，记念我们不过是尘土。
- 103:15 Man-his days are like grass; He flourishes like a field flower:
-
至于世人，他的年日如草一样；他发旺如野地的花：
- 103:16 For the wind passes over it, and it is no more; And its own place knows of it no longer.
-
经风一吹，便归无有；原处也不再认识它。
- 103:17 But Jehovah's lovingkindness is from eternity Unto eternity upon those who fear Him, And His righteousness is to the children's children;
-
但耶和华的慈爱，临及敬畏祂的人，从亘古到永远；祂的公义，也归于子子孙孙；
- 103:18 To those who keep His covenant And remember His precepts so as to do them.
-
就是那些遵守祂的约，记念祂的训辞而遵行的人。
- 103:19 Jehovah has established His throne in the heavens, And His kingdom rules over all.
-
耶和华在天上立定宝座，祂的国统管万有。
- 103:20 Bless Jehovah, you His angels, Who are mighty in strength to perform His word, By obeying the voice of His word.
-
你们作祂天使，就是听从祂的命令，大有能力执行祂话语的，都要颂赞耶和华。
- 103:21 Bless Jehovah, all you His hosts, You His ministers who execute His will.
-
你们作祂众军，作祂仆役，行祂所喜悦的，都要颂赞耶和华。
- 103:22 Bless Jehovah, all you His works, In all places of His dominion. Bless Jehovah, O my soul.
-
你们一切被祂造的，在祂所治理的各处，都要颂赞耶和华。我的魂哪，你要颂赞耶和华。
