困苦人发昏的时候，在耶和华面前倾吐苦情的祷告。
- 102:1 O Jehovah, hear my prayer; And let my cry come unto You.

耶和华阿，求你听我的祷告；愿我的呼求达到你那里。
- 102:2 Do not hide Your face from me On the day of my distress; Incline Your ear to me; On the day when I call out, answer me quickly.
-
我在急难的日子，求你不要向我掩面；求你向我侧耳；我呼求的日子，求你快快应允我。
- 102:3 For my days are consumed in smoke, And my bones burn like a hearth.
-
因为我的年日如烟消逝，我的骨头如柴烧焦。
- 102:4 My heart is stricken like grass and dried up; Indeed I have even forgotten to eat my bread.
-
我的心被击打，如草枯干，甚至我忘记吃饭。
- 102:5 Because of the voice of my groaning My bones cling to my flesh.
-
因我唉哼的声音，我的骨头紧贴着肉。
- 102:6 I am like a pelican of the wilderness; I have become like an owl of the desolate places.
-
我如同旷野的鹈鹕；我好像荒场的鸱鸮。
- 102:7 I watch, and I am like A lone sparrow on a housetop.
-
我儆醒不睡，就像房顶上孤单的麻雀。
- 102:8 All day long my enemies reproach me; Those who deride me use me as a curse.
-
我的仇敌终日辱骂我；向我猖狂的人，指着我赌咒。
- 102:9 For I have eaten ashes like bread, And have mixed my drink with weeping,
-
我吃过炉灰，如同吃饭，用眼泪与我所喝的搀和。
- 102:10 Because of Your indignation and Your wrath; For You have taken me up and cast me away.
-
这都因你的恼恨和忿怒；因你把我拾起，又把我抛去。
- 102:11 My days are like a shadow that declines, And I am dried up like grass.
-
我的年日如日影偏斜；我也如草枯干。
- 102:12 But You, O Jehovah, abide forever; And Your memorial is from generation to generation.
-
耶和华阿，你却永远长存；你可记念的名，也存到万代。
- 102:13 You will arise and have compassion on Zion, For it is time to be gracious to her; the appointed time has come.
-
你必起来怜恤锡安，因现在是恩待她的时候；所定的日期已经到了。
- 102:14 For Your servants take pleasure in her stones, And show favor to her soil.
-
你的仆人原来喜悦她的石头，恩待她的尘土。
- 102:15 And the nations will fear the name of Jehovah, And all the kings of the earth, Your glory;
-
列国要敬畏耶和华的名，地上诸王都要敬畏你的荣耀；
- 102:16 For Jehovah has built up Zion; He has appeared in His glory.
-
因为耶和华建造了锡安，在祂荣耀里显现了。
- 102:17 He has regarded the prayer of the destitute, And has not despised their prayer.
-
祂垂顾穷乏人的祷告，并不藐视。
- 102:18 This will be written for a generation to come, And a people to be created will praise Jehovah.
-
这必为后代的人记下，将来受造的民要赞美耶和华。
- 102:19 For He has looked down from the height of His sanctuary; From heaven Jehovah beheld the earth,
-
因为祂已从至高的圣所俯视；耶和华从天向地观看，
- 102:20 To hear the groaning of the prisoner, To release those appointed to die;
-
要垂听被囚之人的叹息，释放那些命定要死的人；
- 102:21 That the name of Jehovah may be declared in Zion, And His praise, in Jerusalem,
-
使人在锡安传述耶和华的名，在耶路撒冷传述赞美祂的话；
- 102:22 When the peoples are gathered together, And the kingdoms, to serve Jehovah.
-
就是在众民和列国一同聚集，事奉耶和华的时候。
- 102:23 He has weakened my strength in the way; He has shortened my days.
-
祂使我的力量中途衰弱，使我的年日短少。
- 102:24 I said, My God, Do not take me away in the middle of my days; Your years are throughout all generations.
-
我说，我的神阿，不要在我中年把我提去；你的年数世世无穷。
- 102:25 Of old You laid the foundation of the earth, And the heavens are the work of Your hands.
-
你起初立了地的根基，诸天也是你手的工作。
- 102:26 They will perish, but You endure; Indeed all of them will wear out like a garment; Like clothing You will change them, And they will be changed.
-
天地都要灭没，你却长存；天地都要像衣服渐渐旧了；你要将天地如衣裳更换，天地就改变了。
- 102:27 But You are the same, And Your years are without end.
-
惟有你仍是一样，你的年数也没有穷尽。
- 102:28 The children of Your servants will continue, And their seed will be established before You.
-
你仆人的子孙要长久安居，他们的后裔要坚立在你面前。
