- 79:1 O God, the nations have come into Your inheritance; They have defiled Your holy temple; They have turned Jerusalem into heaps.

神阿，外邦人进入你的产业，污秽你的圣殿，使耶路撒冷变成了荒堆。
- 79:2 They have given the dead bodies of Your servants As food for the birds of heaven, The flesh of Your saints to the animals of the earth.

他们把你仆人的尸首，交与天空的飞鸟为食，把你圣民的肉，交与地上的野兽；
- 79:3 They have poured out their blood like water around Jerusalem, And there was no one to bury them.

在耶路撒冷周围流他们的血如水，无人葬埋。
- 79:4 We have become a reproach to our neighbors, A mocking and a derision to those around us.

我们成为邻国所羞辱的，成为我们四围人所嗤笑讥刺的。
- 79:5 How long, O Jehovah? Will You be angry forever? Will Your jealousy burn like fire?
-
耶和华阿，这要到几时呢？你要动怒到永远么？你的妒忌要如火焚烧么？
- 79:6 Pour out Your wrath upon the nations Who do not know You, And upon the kingdoms Who do not call upon Your name.

愿你将你的忿怒倒在那不认识你的外邦，和那不呼求你名的国度。
- 79:7 For they have devoured Jacob And have desolated his habitation.

因为他们侵吞了雅各，使他的住处变为荒凉。
- 79:8 Do not remember against us the iniquities of our forefathers; May Your compassions quickly meet us, For we have been brought very low.

求你不要记念我们先祖的罪孽，向我们追讨；愿你的怜恤快快迎着我们，因为我们落到极卑微的地步。
- 79:9 Help us, O God of our salvation, For the glory of Your name; And deliver us and expiate our sins, For Your name's sake.

拯救我们的神阿，求你因你名的荣耀，帮助我们；为你名的缘故，搭救我们，遮盖我们的罪。
- 79:10 Why should the nations say, Where is their God? May the avenging of the blood of Your servants, which has been poured out, Be known among the nations in our sight.

为何容外邦人说，他们的神在那里呢？愿你使我们亲眼看见，外邦人得知你伸了你仆人流血的冤。
- 79:11 May the sighing of the prisoner come before You. According to the greatness of Your power preserve those appointed to die,

- 79:12 And render to our neighbors sevenfold into their bosom Their reproach, with which they have reproached You, O Lord.

主阿，愿你将我们邻国所羞辱你的羞辱，七倍归还到他们怀中。
- 79:13 And we, Your people and the sheep of Your pasture, Will give You thanks forever; From generation to generation we will tell out Your praise.
