- 5:1 For we know that if our earthly tabernacle dwelling is taken down, we have a building from God, a dwelling not made with hands, eternal, in the heavens.
因为我们知道，我们这地上的帐幕房屋若拆毁了，必得着从神来的房舍，非人手所造，在诸天之上永远的房屋。
- 5:2 For also in this we groan, longing to be clothed upon with our dwelling place from heaven,
原来我们确是在这帐幕里叹息，深想穿上我们从天上来的住处；
- 5:3 If indeed, being clothed, we will not be found naked.
若真的穿上，就不至于显为赤身了。
- 5:4 For also, we who are in this tabernacle groan, being burdened, in that we do not desire to be unclothed, but clothed upon, that what is mortal may be swallowed up by life.
因为我们在这帐幕里的人，负重叹息，是因不愿脱下这个，乃愿穿上那个，好叫这必死的被生命吞灭了。
- 5:5 Now He who has wrought us for this very thing is God, who has given to us the Spirit as a pledge.
那为这事培植我们的乃是神，祂已将那灵赐给我们作质。
- 5:6 Therefore being always of good courage and knowing that while we are at home in the body, we are abroad from the Lord
所以我们常是放心振作，并且晓得我们居家在身内，便是离家与主分开；
- 5:7 (For we walk by faith, not by appearance) --
（因我们行事为人，是凭着信心，不是凭着眼见；）
- 5:8 We are of good courage then and are well pleased rather to be abroad from the body and at home with the Lord.
是的，我们是放心振作，宁愿离家出到身外，与主同在家中。
- 5:9 Therefore also we are determined, whether at home or abroad, to gain the honor of being well pleasing to Him.
所以我们也怀着雄心大志，无论是在家，或是离家，都要讨主的喜悦。
- 5:10 For we must all be manifested before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done through the body according to what he has practiced, whether good or bad.
因为我们众人，必要在基督的审判台前显露出来，叫各人按着本身所行的，或善或恶，受到应得的报应。
- 5:11 Knowing therefore the fear of the Lord, we persuade men, but we are made manifest to God; yet I hope that we are made manifest also in your consciences.
所以我们既晓得主的可畏，就劝服人，但我们向神是显明的，只是我盼望在你们的良心里，也是显明的。
- 5:12 We are not again commending ourselves to you, but so speak in order to give you an opportunity to boast on our behalf, that you may have an answer for those who are boasting in outward appearance and not in heart.
我们不是再向你们推荐自己，乃是给你们一个为我们夸耀的机会，好叫你们对那凭外貌不凭内心夸口的人，有可应对的。
- 5:13 For whether we were beside ourselves, it was to God; or whether we are sober-minded, it is for you.
因我们或是癫狂，乃是向着神；或是谨守，乃是为着你们。
- 5:14 For the love of Christ constrains us because we have judged this, that One died for all, therefore all died;
原来基督的爱困迫我们，因我们断定：一人既替众人死，众人就都死了；
- 5:15 And He died for all that those who live may no longer live to themselves but to Him who died for them and has been raised.
并且祂替众人死，是叫那些活着的人，不再向自己活，乃向那替他们死而复活者活。
- 5:16 So then we, from now on, know no one according to the flesh; even though we have known Christ according to the flesh, yet now we know Him so no longer.
所以我们从今以后，不按着肉体认人了；虽然按着肉体认过基督，如今却不再这样认祂了。
- 5:17 So then if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away; behold, they have become new.
因此，若有人在基督里，他就是新造；旧事已过，看哪，都变成新的了。
- 5:18 But all things are out from God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Christ and has given to us the ministry of reconciliation;
一切都是出于神，祂借着基督使我们与祂自己和好，又将这和好的职事赐给我们；
- 5:19 Namely, that God in Christ was reconciling the world to Himself, not accounting their offenses to them, and has put in us the word of reconciliation.
这就是神在基督里，叫世人与祂自己和好，不将他们的过犯算给他们，且将这和好的话语托付了我们。
- 5:20 On behalf of Christ then we are ambassadors, as God entreats you through us; we beseech you on behalf of Christ, Be reconciled to God.
所以我们为基督作了大使，就好像神藉我们劝你们一样；我们替基督求你们：要与神和好。
- 5:21 Him who did not know sin He made sin on our behalf that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.
神使那不知罪的，替我们成为罪，好叫我们在祂里面成为神的义。
