- 6:1 But take care not to do your righteousness before men in order to be gazed at by them; otherwise, you have no reward with your Father who is in the heavens.
你们要小心，不可将你们的义行在人前，故意叫他们注视；不然，在你们诸天之上的父面前，你们就没有赏赐了。
- 6:2 Therefore when you give alms, do not sound a trumpet before you as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, so that they may be glorified by men. Truly I say to you, They have their reward in full.
所以你施舍的时候，不可在你前面吹号，像那假冒为善的人在会堂里和巷道上所行的，为要得人的荣耀。我实在告诉你们，他们已经充分的得了他们的赏赐。
- 6:3 But you, when you give alms, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing,
但你施舍的时候，不要让左手知道右手所作的，
- 6:4 So that your alms may be in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will repay you.
好叫你的施舍可在隐密中，你父在隐密中察看，必要报答你。
- 6:5 And when you pray, you shall not be like the hypocrites, because they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners, so that they may be seen by men. Truly I say to you, They have their reward in full.
你们祷告的时候，不可像那假冒为善的人，因为他们爱站在会堂里，并十字街口祷告，为要叫人看见。我实在告诉你们，他们已经充分的得了他们的赏赐。
- 6:6 But you, when you pray, enter into your private room, and shut your door and pray to your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will repay you.
你祷告的时候，要进你的密室，关上门，祷告你在隐密中的父，你父在隐密中察看，必要报答你。
- 6:7 And in praying do not babble empty words as the Gentiles do; for they suppose that in their multiplicity of words they will be heard.
你们祷告，不可唠唠叨叨，像外邦人一样；他们以为话说多了，就必蒙垂听。
- 6:8 Therefore do not be like them, for your Father knows the things that you have need of before you ask Him.
你们不可像他们，因为你们求祂以前，你们所需用的，你们的父早已知道了。
- 6:9 You then pray in this way: Our Father who is in the heavens, Your name be sanctified;
所以你们要这样祷告：我们在诸天之上的父，愿你的名被尊为圣，
- 6:10 Your kingdom come; Your will be done, as in heaven, so also on earth.
愿你的国来临，愿你的旨意行在地上，如同行在天上。
- 6:11 Give us today our daily bread.
我们日用的食物，今日赐给我们；
- 6:12 And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.
免我们的债，如同我们免了欠我们债的人；
- 6:13 And do not bring us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.
不叫我们陷入试诱，救我们脱离那恶者。因为国度、能力、荣耀，都是你的，直到永远。阿们。
- 6:14 For if you forgive men their offenses, your heavenly Father will forgive you also;
因为你们若赦免人的过犯，你们的天父也必赦免你们；
- 6:15 But if you do not forgive men their offenses, neither will your Father forgive your offenses.
你们若不赦免人的过犯，你们的父也必不赦免你们的过犯。
- 6:16 And when you fast, do not be like the sullen-faced hypocrites, for they disfigure their faces so that they may appear to men to be fasting. Truly I say to you, They have their reward in full.
还有，你们禁食的时候，不可面带愁容，像那假冒为善的人一样；他们把脸装得难看，为要叫人看出他们在禁食。我实在告诉你们，他们已经充分的得了他们的赏赐。
- 6:17 But you, when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face,
但你禁食的时候，要油你的头，洗你的脸，
- 6:18 So that you may not appear to men to be fasting, but to your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will repay you.
为要不叫人，只叫你在隐密中的父，看出你在禁食；你父在隐密中察看，必要报答你。
- 6:19 Do not store up for yourselves treasures on the earth, where moth and rust consume and where thieves dig through and steal.
不要为自己积蓄财宝在地上，地上有虫蛀、锈蚀，也有贼挖洞偷窃；
- 6:20 But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consumes and where thieves do not dig through nor steal.
只要为自己积蓄财宝在天上，天上没有虫蛀、锈蚀，也没有贼挖洞偷窃。
- 6:21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
因为你的财宝在那里，你的心也必在那里。
- 6:22 The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is single, your whole body will be full of light;
眼睛乃是身上的灯。所以你的眼睛若单一，全身就明亮；
- 6:23 But if your eye is evil, your whole body will be dark. If then the light that is in you is darkness, how great is the darkness!
但你的眼睛若不专，全身就黑暗。所以你里面的光若黑暗了，那黑暗是何等的大！
- 6:24 No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will hold to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.
没有人能事奉两个主；因为他不是恨这个爱那个，就是忠于这个轻视那个。你们不能事奉神，又事奉玛门。
- 6:25 Because of this, I say to you, Do not be anxious for your life, what you should eat or what you should drink; nor for your body, what you should put on. Is not the life more than food, and the body than clothing?
所以我告诉你们，不要为生命忧虑，吃什么，喝什么；也不要为身体忧虑，穿什么。生命不胜于食物么？身体不胜于衣服么？
- 6:26 Look at the birds of heaven. They do not sow nor reap nor gather into barns, yet your heavenly Father nourishes them. Are you not of more value than they?
你们看天空的飞鸟，它们既不种，也不收，又不收积在仓里，你们的天父尚且养活它们。你们不比它们贵重么？
- 6:27 Who among you by being anxious can add one cubit to his stature?
你们中间谁能因忧虑使自己的身量多加一肘？
- 6:28 And why are you anxious concerning clothing? Consider well the lilies of the field, how they grow. They do not toil, neither do they spin thread.
你们何必为衣服忧虑？你们细想野地里的百合花，怎样生长；它们既不劳苦，也不纺线。
- 6:29 But I tell you that not even Solomon in all his glory was clothed like one of these.
但我告诉你们，就是所罗门在他极盛的荣耀里，也没有披戴得像这些花中的一朵。
- 6:30 And if God so arrays the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is cast into the furnace, will He not much more clothe you, you of little faith?
小信的人哪，野地里的草，今天存在，明天就丢在炉里，神尚且这样给它穿戴，何况你们？
- 6:31 Therefore do not be anxious, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, With what shall we be clothed?
所以不要忧虑，说，我们要吃什么？喝什么？披戴什么？
- 6:32 For all these things the Gentiles are anxiously seeking. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.
因为这一切都是外邦人所急切寻求的，你们的天父原知道你们需要这一切。
- 6:33 But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.
但你们要先寻求祂的国和祂的义，这一切就都要加给你们了。
- 6:34 Therefore do not be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself; sufficient for the day is its own evil.
所以你们不要为明天忧虑，因为明天自有明天的忧虑，一天的难处一天当就够了。
