- 139:1 O Jehovah, You have searched me and known me.
-
耶和华阿，你已经鉴察我，认识我。
- 139:2 You know when I sit down and when I rise up; You understand my thoughts from afar.
-
我坐下，我起来，你都晓得；你从远处知道我的意念。
- 139:3 You thoroughly search my path and my lying down, And You are acquainted with all my ways.
-
我行路，我躺卧，你都细察，你也深知我一切所行的。
- 139:4 For a word is not yet on my tongue, And already You, O Jehovah, know it completely.
-
我的话还未到舌头上，耶和华阿，你已完全知晓。
- 139:5 You have closed in on me behind and before And have laid Your hand on me.
-
你在我前后环绕我，按手在我身上。
- 139:6 O knowledge too wonderful for me! It is so high; I cannot attain to it.
-
这样的知识太奇妙，是我不能测的；至高，是我不能及的。
- 139:7 Where shall I go, away from Your Spirit, And where shall I flee from Your presence?
-
我往那里去躲避你的灵？我往那里逃躲避你的面？
- 139:8 If I ascend into heaven, You are there; If I make my bed in Sheol, there You are.
-
我若升到天上，你在那里；我若在阴间下榻，你也在那里。
- 139:9 If I take the wings of the dawn And settle at the limits of the sea,
-
我若展开清晨的翅膀，飞到海极居住，
- 139:10 There also Your hand will lead me, And Your right hand will take hold of me.
-
就是在那里，你的手也必引导我，你的右手必紧握着我。
- 139:11 And if I say, Surely darkness will cover me, And the light around me will be night;
-
我若说，黑暗必定遮蔽我，我周围的亮光必成为黑夜；
- 139:12 Even the darkness is not dark to You, And night shines like day; The darkness is like the light.
-
黑暗对你也不是黑暗，黑夜必如白昼发亮；黑暗和光明在你看都是一样。
- 139:13 For it was You who formed my inward parts; You wove me together in my mother's womb.
-
我的肺腑是你所造的；我在母腹中，你已把我联络起来。
- 139:14 I will praise You, for I am awesomely and wonderfully made; Your works are wonderful, And my soul knows it well.
-
我要赞美你，因我受造奇妙可畏；你的作为奇妙，这是我魂深知道的。
- 139:15 My frame was not hidden from You When I was made in secret, Skillfully fashioned in the depths of the earth.
-
我在隐密中受造，在地的深处巧妙的形成，那时，我的形体并不向你隐藏。
- 139:16 Your eyes saw my unformed substance; And in Your book all of them were written: The days that were ordained for me, When not one of them was yet.
-
我未成形的体质，你的眼早已看见了；你所定的日子，我尚未度过一日，都写在你的册上了。
- 139:17 And how precious are Your thoughts to me, O God! How great is the sum of them!
-
神阿，你的意念对我何等宝贵！其数何等众多！
- 139:18 If I should count them, they would be more than the sand. When I awake, I am still with You.
-
我若数点，比海沙更多。我睡醒的时候，仍与你同在。
- 139:19 Oh that You, O God, would slay the wicked-Depart from me therefore, you men of bloodshed -
-
神阿，愿你杀戮恶人－所以你们好流人血的，离开我去罢－
- 139:20 Those who speak of You with evil intent, Who as Your enemies take Your name in vain.
-
就是那些恶意说话顶撞你的人，他们是你的仇敌，妄称你的名。
- 139:21 Do I not hate those who hate You, O Jehovah? And do I not loathe those who rise up against You?
-
耶和华阿，恨恶你的，我岂不恨恶他们么？起来攻击你的，我岂不厌恶他们么？
- 139:22 I hate them with a perfect hatred; They have become my own enemies.
-
我切切的恨恶他们；他们成了我的仇敌。
- 139:23 Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me, and know my anxious thoughts;
-
神阿，求你鉴察我，知道我的心；试炼我，知道我的思虑；
- 139:24 And see if there is some harmful way in me, And lead me on the eternal way.
-
看在我里面有什么害人的行径没有，引导我走永远的道路。
