- 19:1 And He entered and was passing through Jericho.
耶稣进了耶利哥，正经过的时候，
- 19:2 And behold, there was a man whose name was called Zaccheus; and he was a chief tax collector, and he was rich.
看哪，有一个人名叫撒该，是个税吏长，又很富足。
- 19:3 And he was seeking to see Jesus, who He was, and could not because of the crowd, for he was small in stature.
他想要看看耶稣是谁，只因人多，他的身量又矮，所以不能看见。
- 19:4 And he ran on ahead and climbed up in a sycamore tree in order to see Him, for He was about to pass through that way.
于是先跑到前头，爬上一棵桑树，要看耶稣，因为耶稣就要从那里经过。
- 19:5 And as He came to the place, Jesus looked up and said to him, Zaccheus, hurry and come down, for today I must stay in your house.
耶稣到了那地方，往上一看，对他说，撒该，快下来，今天我必须住在你家里。
- 19:6 And he hurried and came down, and received Him, rejoicing.
他就急忙下来，欢欢喜喜的接待耶稣。
- 19:7 And when they saw it, they all murmured, saying, He has gone in to lodge with a sinful man.
众人看见，都纷纷的唧咕议论说，祂竟然进到罪人家里去住宿。
- 19:8 And Zaccheus stood and said to the Lord, Behold, the half of my possessions, Lord, I give to the poor, and if I have taken anything from anyone by false accusation, I restore four times as much.
撒该站着，对主说，主阿，看哪，我把家业的一半给穷人，我若讹诈了谁，就还他四倍。
- 19:9 And Jesus said to him, Today salvation has come to this house, because he also is a son of Abraham.
耶稣说，今天救恩到了这家，因为他也是亚伯拉罕的子孙。
- 19:10 For the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which is lost.
人子来，是要寻找拯救失丧的人。
- 19:11 And as they were listening to these things, He spoke further a parable, because He was near Jerusalem and they supposed that the kingdom of God was to appear immediately.
众人正听这些话的时候，耶稣因为将近耶路撒冷，又因他们以为神的国快要显现出来，就再说了一个比喻，
- 19:12 He said therefore, A certain man of noble birth went to a distant country to receive for himself a kingdom and to return.
说，有一个贵胄往远方去，要得国回来，
- 19:13 And he called ten of his own slaves and gave them ten minas, and he said to them, Do business until I come.
便叫了他的十个奴仆来，交给他们十锭银子，对他们说，你们去作生意，直等我回来。
- 19:14 But his citizens hated him and sent an envoy after him, saying, We do not want this man to reign over us.
他本国的人却恨他，打发使者随后去说，我们不愿意这个人作我们的王。
- 19:15 And when he came back, having received the kingdom, he commanded that those slaves to whom he had given the money should be called to him so that he might know what they had gained by doing business.
他既得国回来，就吩咐叫那些领银子的奴仆来，要知道他们作生意赚了多少。
- 19:16 And the first appeared, saying, Master, your mina has gained ten minas.
头一个上来说，主阿，你的一锭银子已经另赚了十锭。
- 19:17 And he said to him, Well done, good slave. Because you have become faithful in the least, have authority over ten cities.
主人说，好，良善的奴仆，你在最小的事上既是忠信的，可以有权柄管十座城。
- 19:18 And the second came, saying, Your mina, master, has made five minas.
第二个来说，主阿，你的一锭银子已经赚了五锭。
- 19:19 And he said to this one as well, And you, be over five cities.
主人说，你也可以管五座城。
- 19:20 And the other came, saying, Master, behold your mina, which I kept laid away in a handkerchief;
又一个来说，主阿，看哪，你的一锭银子，我把它包在手巾里存着。
- 19:21 For I was afraid of you, because you are a harsh man: you withdraw what you did not deposit, and you reap what you did not sow.
我原是怕你，因为你是严厉的人；没有存放的要提取，没有播种的要收割。
- 19:22 He said to him, Out of your mouth I will judge you, wicked slave. You knew that I am a harsh man, withdrawing what I did not deposit and reaping what I did not sow.
主人对他说，你这恶仆，我要凭你的口，定你的罪；你既知道我是严厉的人，没有存放的要提取，没有播种的要收割，
- 19:23 Why then did you not put my money in the bank, and when I came, I would have collected it with interest?
为什么不把我的银子交给银行，到我来的时候，可以连本带利收回？
- 19:24 And to those standing by he said, Take the mina away from him, and give it to the one who has the ten minas.
就对旁边站着的人说，从他夺过这一锭来，给那有十锭的。
- 19:25 And they said to him, Master, he has ten minas.
他们说，主阿，他已经有十锭了。
- 19:26 I tell you that to everyone who has, more shall be given, but from him who does not have, even that which he has shall be taken away.
主人说，我告诉你们，凡有的，还要给他；没有的，连他所有的，也要从他夺去。
- 19:27 However, these enemies of mine, who did not want me to reign over them, bring them here and slay them before me.
至于我那些仇敌，就是不要我作他们王的，把他们拉到这里，在我面前杀了吧。
- 19:28 And having said these things, He went on before them, going up to Jerusalem.
耶稣说完了这些话，就在前面走，上耶路撒冷去。
- 19:29 And as He drew near to Bethphage and Bethany, near the mount which is called Olivet, He sent two of the disciples,
将近伯法其和伯大尼，在一座山，名叫橄榄山那里，就打发两个门徒，说，
- 19:30 Saying, Go into the village opposite you, in which, as you are entering, you will find a colt tied, on which no man has ever yet sat; untie it and lead it here.
你们往对面村子去，进去的时候，必看见一匹驴驹拴在那里，是从来没有人骑过的，把它解开牵来。
- 19:31 And if anyone asks you, Why are you untying it? thus shall you say, Because the Lord has need of it.
若有人问，为什么解它？你们就这样说，因为主需要它。
- 19:32 And those who were sent went away and found it even as He had told them.
打发的人去了，所遇见的正如耶稣所说的。
- 19:33 And as they were untying the colt, its masters said to them, Why are you untying the colt?
他们解驴驹的时候，主人问他们说，你们为什么解驴驹？
- 19:34 And they said, Because the Lord has need of it.
他们说，因为主需要它。
- 19:35 And they brought it to Jesus. And when they had thrown their garments on the colt, they put Jesus on it.
他们把驴驹牵到耶稣那里，把自己的衣服搭在上面，扶着耶稣骑上。
- 19:36 And as He went, they spread their own garments in the road.
走的时候，众人把自己的衣服铺在路上。
- 19:37 And as He was already drawing near to the descent of the Mount of Olives, all the multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the works of power which they had seen,
当祂临近耶路撒冷，正下橄榄山的时候，全群的门徒因所见过的一切异能，就欢乐起来，大声赞美神，说，
- 19:38 Saying, Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the Lord! Peace in heaven and glory in the highest!
在主名里来的王，是当受颂赞的！在天上有和平，在至高之处有荣耀！
- 19:39 And some of the Pharisees from the crowd said to Him, Teacher, rebuke Your disciples.
群众中有几个法利赛人对耶稣说，夫子，责备你的门徒吧。
- 19:40 And He answered and said, I tell you, If these shall be silent, the stones will cry out.
耶稣回答说，我告诉你们，若是他们默不作声，这些石头都要喊叫起来！
- 19:41 And as He drew near, He saw the city and wept over it,
耶稣临近的时候，看见那城，就为她哭泣，说，
- 19:42 Saying, If you knew in this day, even you, the things that are for your peace! But now they have been hidden from your eyes.
巴不得你在这日子，知道关系你平安的事。无奈这事现今在你眼前是隐藏的。
- 19:43 For the days will come upon you when your enemies will throw up a rampart before you, and will encircle you, and will press you in on every side,
因为日子将到，你的仇敌要给你筑起土垒，周围环绕你，四面困住你，
- 19:44 And they will level you to the ground and your children within you, and they will not leave a stone upon a stone in you, because you did not know the time of your visitation.
并要把你铲平，摔毁你里面的儿女，不容你里面有一块石头留在石头上，因你不知道眷顾你的时候。
- 19:45 And He entered into the temple and began to cast out those who were selling,
耶稣进了殿，就赶出作买卖的人，
- 19:46 Saying to them, It is written, "And My house shall be a house of prayer,'' but you have made it a den of robbers.
对他们说，经上记着，“我的殿必作祷告的殿。”你们倒使它成为贼窝了。
- 19:47 And He taught daily in the temple. But the chief priests and the scribes and the leaders of the people sought to destroy Him;
耶稣天天在殿里施教。但祭司长、经学家和百姓的首领，都想要除灭祂，
- 19:48 Yet they could not find anything that they might do, for all the people were hanging upon Him, listening.
只是寻不出可行的，因为众百姓都紧围着听祂。
