- 22:1 And David spoke the words of this song to Jehovah on the day when Jehovah delivered him from the hand of all his enemies and from the hand of Saul.

当耶和华救大卫脱离他一切仇敌的手，并脱离扫罗之手的日子，他向耶和华念这歌的话，
- 22:2 And he said: Jehovah is my crag and my fortress and my Deliverer;
-
说，耶和华是我的岩石，我的山寨，我的解救者；
- 22:3 My God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; My shield and the horn of my salvation, my high retreat and my refuge; My Savior, You save me from violence.
-
是我的神，我的磐石，我所投靠的；是我的盾牌，拯救我的角，我的高台，我的避难所；我的救主阿，你是救我脱离强暴的。
- 22:4 I called upon Jehovah, who is worthy of praise, And from my enemies I was saved.
-
我呼求当受赞美的耶和华，我就蒙拯救脱离仇敌。
- 22:5 For the waves of death encompassed me; The torrents of destruction assailed me.
-
曾有死亡的波浪环绕我；毁灭的急流使我惊惧。
- 22:6 The cords of Sheol surrounded me; The snares of death confronted me.
-
阴间的绳索缠绕我；死亡的网罗临到我。
- 22:7 In my distress I called upon Jehovah And called to my God. And He heard my voice from His temple, And my cry came to His ears.
-
我在急难中呼求耶和华，向我的神呼救。祂从殿中听了我的声音，我的呼救入了祂的耳中。
- 22:8 Then the earth shook and quaked, And the foundations of the heavens trembled and shook about, For He was furious.
-
那时因祂发怒，地就摇撼战抖，天的根基也震动摇撼。
- 22:9 Smoke went up from His nostrils, And fire from His mouth devoured; Coals blazed forth from Him.
-
从祂鼻孔冒烟上腾，从祂口中发火焚烧；连炭也烧着了。
- 22:10 He bowed the heavens down and descended, And deep darkness was under His feet.
-
祂使天下垂，亲自降临；有幽暗在祂脚下。
- 22:11 He rode upon a cherub and did fly; He was seen upon the wings of the wind.
-
祂乘坐基路伯飞行，在风的翅膀上显现。
- 22:12 And He made darkness pavilions around Him: Dark waterclouds, thick clouds of the skies.
-
祂以黑暗和乌黑的水云、天空的厚云为祂四围的帷幕。
- 22:13 Out of the brightness before Him Fiery coals were kindled.
-
因祂面前的光辉，火炭都着起来。
- 22:14 Jehovah thundered from heaven, And the Most High uttered His voice.
-
耶和华从天上打雷，至高者发出声音。
- 22:15 And He sent forth arrows and scattered my enemies; Lightning bolts, and discomfited them.
-
祂射出箭来，使我的仇敌四散，发出闪电，使他们溃乱。
- 22:16 The channels of the sea were seen, The foundations of the habitable land were laid bare, By the rebuke of Jehovah, At the blast of the breath of His nostrils.
-
耶和华的斥责一发，鼻孔的气一出，海底就出现，居人之地的根基也显露。
- 22:17 He reached forth from on high; He took me; He drew me out of great waters.
-
祂从高天伸手抓住我，把我从大水中拉上来。
- 22:18 He delivered me from my strong enemy And from those who hate me, for they were too mighty for me.
-
祂救我脱离我的劲敌，和那些恨我的人，因为他们比我强盛。
- 22:19 They confronted me in the day of my calamity, But Jehovah became my support.
-
我遭遇灾难的日子，他们迎面攻击我，但耶和华成了我的扶持。
- 22:20 He brought me forth to a place broad and free; He rescued me, for He took delight in me.
-
祂领我到宽阔之处；祂救拔我，因祂喜悦我。
- 22:21 Jehovah has recompensed me according to my righteousness; According to the cleanness of my hands He has repaid me.
-
耶和华按着我的公义报答我，按着我手中的清洁回报我。
- 22:22 For I have kept the ways of Jehovah And have not acted wickedly by turning away from my God.
-
因为我谨守了耶和华的道路，未曾作恶离开我的神。
- 22:23 For all His judgments were before me, And as for His statutes, I did not turn away from them.
-
祂的一切典章常在我面前；祂的律例，我也未曾离弃。
- 22:24 I was perfect toward Him, And I kept myself from my iniquity.
-
我向祂作了完全人，我也保守自己远离我的罪孽。
- 22:25 Therefore Jehovah recompensed me according to my righteousness, According to my cleanness in His sight.
-
所以耶和华按我的公义，按我在祂眼前的清洁回报我。
- 22:26 With the faithful You show Yourself faithful, With the perfect man You show Yourself perfect,
-
慈爱的人，你以慈爱待他；完全的人，你以完全待他；
- 22:27 With the pure You show Yourself pure, And with the perverse You show Yourself contrary.
-
纯洁的人，你以纯洁待他；乖僻的人，你以弯曲待他。
- 22:28 And You save the afflicted people, But Your eyes are upon the haughty that You may bring them down;
-
困苦的百姓，你必拯救；但你的眼目察看高傲的人，使他们降卑。
- 22:29 For You are my lamp, O Jehovah. And Jehovah lights up my darkness;
-
耶和华阿，你是我的灯；耶和华必照明我的黑暗。
- 22:30 For by You I can run up against a troop; By my God I can leap over a wall.
-
我借着你冲入敌军，借着我的神跳过墙垣。
- 22:31 As for God, His way is perfect; The word of Jehovah is tried. He is a shield to all who take refuge in Him.
-
至于神，祂的道路是完全的；耶和华的话是炼净的。凡投靠祂的，祂便作他们的盾牌。
- 22:32 For who is God other than Jehovah, And who is a rock except our God?
-
除了耶和华，谁是神呢？除了我们的神，谁是磐石呢？
- 22:33 God is my strong fortress, And He makes my way perfect;
-
神是我坚固的保障，祂使我的道路完全；
- 22:34 He makes my feet like hinds' feet And sets me on my high places;
-
祂使我的脚快如母鹿的蹄，又使我在高处站稳；
- 22:35 He teaches my hands to wage war So that my arms may bend a bronze bow.
-
祂教导我的手能以争战，使我的膀臂能开铜弓。
- 22:36 And You have given me the shield of Your salvation, And Your condescending gentleness has made me great.
-
你把你救恩的盾牌赐给了我，你的温和俯就使我为大。
- 22:37 You have broadened the places of my steps under me, And my feet have not slipped.
-
你使我脚下的地步宽阔，我的脚未曾滑跌。
- 22:38 I pursued my enemies and destroyed them, And I did not turn back until they were consumed.
-
我追赶我的仇敌，灭绝了他们；不将他们灭绝，我总不转回。
- 22:39 And I devoured them and shattered them, so that they did not rise up; Indeed, they have fallen under my feet.
-
我灭绝他们，击溃他们，使他们不能起来；他们都倒在我的脚下。
- 22:40 And You girded me with strength for war; You brought down under me those who rose up against me.
-
你以力量束我的腰，使我能争战；你也使那起来攻击我的，都服在我以下。
- 22:41 You also made my enemies turn their back to me, And I annihilated those who hated me.
-
你又使我的仇敌在我面前转背逃跑，我就歼灭那恨我的人。
- 22:42 They looked, but there was no one to save them; They looked to Jehovah, but He did not answer them.
-
他们仰望，却无人拯救；就是呼求耶和华，祂也不应允。
- 22:43 Then I beat them like the dust of the earth; I pounded them, I stamped them, like the mud of the streets.
-
我捣碎他们，如同地上的灰尘；我打碎他们，践踏他们，如同街上的泥土。
- 22:44 And You rescued me from the strivings of my people; You have kept me as the head of the nations; A people whom I have not known serves me.
-
你救我脱离我百姓的争竞，保护我作列国的元首；我素不认识的民必事奉我。
- 22:45 Foreigners come cringing to me; At the mere hearing of a report, they obey me;
-
外邦人要归顺我，一听见我的名声就必顺从我。
- 22:46 Foreigners are discouraged And come quaking out of their fortresses.
-
外邦人要沮丧，战战兢兢的出他们的营寨。
- 22:47 Jehovah lives; and blessed be my rock, And exalted be God, the rock of my salvation,
-
耶和华是活神；愿我的磐石受颂赞；愿神，拯救我的磐石，被高举；
- 22:48 The God who executes vengeance for me And brings down peoples under me,
-
这位神就是那为我伸冤，使众民服在我以下，
- 22:49 And who brings me forth from my enemies. Yes, You exalted me above those who rise up against me; From the violent man You delivered me.
-
又使我脱离仇敌的。你把我举起，高过那些起来攻击我的；你救我脱离强暴的人。
- 22:50 Therefore I give thanks to You among the nations, O Jehovah; And I sing psalms to Your name.
-
耶和华阿，因此我要在列国中称谢你，歌颂你的名。
- 22:51 It is He who magnifies salvation to His king And executes lovingkindness to His anointed, To David and to his seed forever.
-
耶和华向祂所立的王显极大的救恩，施慈爱给祂的受膏者，就是给大卫和他的后裔，直到永远。
