- 34:1 Draw near, O nations, to hear; And listen, O peoples! Let the earth and all that fills it hear, The world and all that springs forth from it.
列国阿，要近前来听；众民哪，要留心听！地和其上所充满的，世界和其中所出的一切，都应当听。
- 34:2 For Jehovah's indignation is upon all the nations, And His wrath is upon all their armies; He has utterly destroyed them; He has delivered them unto the slaughter.
因为耶和华的忿怒临到万国，祂的烈怒临到他们的全军；祂已将他们灭尽，交出他们受杀戮。
- 34:3 Thus their slain are cast away, And from their corpses their stench will come up; And the mountains will be melted with their blood.
他们被杀的必被抛弃，尸首臭气上腾；诸山被他们的血融化。
- 34:4 And all the armies of heaven will be dissolved, And the heavens will be rolled up like a scroll, And all their host will wither away, As the leaf withers from the vine, Or like a leaf withering from the fig tree.
天上的万象都要消没，天要卷起好像书卷，其上的万象都要衰败，像葡萄树的叶子凋残，又像无花果树的叶子凋残。
- 34:5 For My sword has drunk its fill in heaven. Now it will descend in judgment upon Edom And upon the people whom I have devoted to judgment.
因为我的刀在天上已经喝足；看哪，这刀必落在以东和我所要灭尽的民身上，施行审判。
- 34:6 Jehovah's sword is full of blood; It has fattened itself with fat, With the blood of lambs and goats, With the fat of the kidneys of rams; For Jehovah has a sacrifice in Bozrah And a great slaughter in the land of Edom.
耶和华的刀满了血，是用脂油、用羊羔和公山羊的血、并用公绵羊腰子的脂油滋润的；因为耶和华在波斯拉有献祭的事，在以东地大行杀戮。
- 34:7 Wild oxen will also go down with them, The young bulls with the bulls; And their land will drink its fill of their blood, And their dust will become fat with their fat.
野牛、牛犊、和公牛要一同下来；他们的地要喝足血，他们的尘土要因脂油肥润。
- 34:8 For Jehovah has a day of vengeance, A year of recompense for Zion's contention.
因耶和华有报仇之日，为锡安的争辩，有报应之年。
- 34:9 And its streams will be turned into pitch, And its dust into brimstone; And its land will become burning pitch.
以东的河水要变为柏油，尘埃要变为硫磺，地土要成为烧着的柏油。
- 34:10 It will not be quenched by night or by day; Its smoke will go up forever; It will be desolate from generation to generation; No one will pass through it forever and ever.
昼夜总不熄灭，烟气永远上腾；必世世代代成为荒凉，永永远远无人经过。
- 34:11 But the pelican and the porcupine will inherit it, And the owl and the raven will dwell in it; And He will stretch over it The line of nothingness and the plummet weights of emptiness.
鹈鹕和箭猪却要得为业，猫头鹰和乌鸦要住在其间；耶和华必将荒废的准绳和空虚的线铊拉在其上。
- 34:12 As for its nobles, there is no one there whom they may call to assume the kingdom, And all its princes will be nothing.
以东人要召贵胄来治国，那里却无一个，首领也都归于无有。
- 34:13 And thorns will come up in its citadels, Nettles and thistles in its fortified cities; And it will be a habitation for jackals, And an abode for ostriches.
以东的宫堡要长荆棘，坚固城要长刺草和蒺藜；以东要作野狗的住处、鸵鸟的居所。
- 34:14 Desert animals will meet with hyenas; And the demon will call to his kind, Indeed there Lilith will settle And find a resting place for herself.
旷野的走兽要和豺狼相遇；野山羊要与伴偶对叫；连夜间的怪物也在那里栖身，为自己找着安歇之处。
- 34:15 There the owl will make its nest and lay eggs, And hatch them and gather them under its protection; Indeed there the vultures will be gathered together, Each with its kind.
猫头鹰要在那里作窝、下蛋、孵蛋、聚子在其荫下；鹞鹰也各与伴偶聚集在那里。
- 34:16 Seek from the book of Jehovah and read. Not one of these will be missing; Not one will lack her mate; For His mouth has commanded it, And it is His Spirit who has gathered them.
你们要查考宣读耶和华的书。这些都无一缺少，无一没有伴偶，因为祂的口已经吩咐，祂的灵已将它们聚集。
- 34:17 And He has cast the lot for them, And His hand has divided it by line unto them; They will inherit it forever; From generation to generation they will dwell in it.
祂也为它们拈了阄，又亲手用准绳给它们分了地；它们必永得为业，世世代代住在其间。
