48:1 Hear this, O house of Jacob, Who are called by the name of Israel; And who came out from the waters of Judah, Who swear by the name of Jehovah And make mention of the God of Israel, But not in truth nor in righteousness.
48:2 For they call themselves after the holy city And lean upon the God of Israel; Jehovah of hosts is His name.
你们自称为圣城的人，所信靠的是以色列的神；万军之耶和华是祂的名。
48:3 I have declared the former things from the beginning; And they went out from My mouth, and I let them hear them; I did them suddenly, and they came to pass.
主说，早先的事我从起初说明，已经出了我的口，也叫人听见了；我忽然行作，事便成就。
48:4 Because I knew that you are obstinate, And your neck is an iron sinew, And your forehead brass;
因为我素来知道你是顽梗的，你的颈项是铁筋，你的额是铜的；
48:5 Therefore I declared them to you long ago; Before things came to pass I let you hear; Lest you should say, My idol has done them, And my graven image and my molten image commanded them.
48:6 You have heard; look at all this. And will you not declare it? From this time I will let you hear new things And hidden things which you have not known.
你已经听见，现在要看见这一切。你不说明么？从今以后，我要将新事和你所不知道的隐密事，说给你听。
48:7 They have been created now, and not long ago; And before this day you have not even heard them; Lest you should say, Indeed, I knew them.
这些事是现今创造的，并非从古就有；在今日以先，你甚至未曾听见；免得你说，我早已知道了。
48:8 You also have not heard and have not known; Your ears were not even open from that time; For I knew that you would deal very treacherously And would be called a transgressor from the womb.
你未曾听见，未曾知道，你的耳朵从起初也未曾开通；我原知道你行事极其诡诈，你从母腹里便称为悖逆的。
48:9 For My name's sake I will defer My anger, And for the sake of My praise I will restrain it for you, In order not to cut you off.
我为我名的缘故，暂且忍怒，为我所当得的赞美，向你容忍，不将你剪除。
48:10 Indeed, I have refined you but not like silver; I have tried you in the furnace of affliction.
看哪，我熬炼你，却不像熬炼银子；你在苦难的炉中，我试炼你。
48:11 For My own sake, yes, for My own sake, I will do it, For how can My name be profaned? And I will not give My glory to another.
我为自己的缘故，为自己的缘故，必行这事，我的名焉能被亵渎？我必不将我的荣耀归给别神。
48:12 Listen to Me, O Jacob, And Israel, whom I called; I am He; I am the First, I am also the Last.
雅各，我所呼召的以色列阿，当听我言；我是耶和华；我是首先的，也是末后的。
48:13 Indeed, My hand laid the foundations of the earth, And My right hand spread out the heavens; When I call to them, They stand together.
我亲手立了地的根基，我的右手铺张了诸天；我一召唤，天地便都立住。
48:14 Assemble yourselves, all of you, and hear! Who among them has declared these things? Jehovah loves him; he will do His pleasure On Babylon, and His arm will be upon the Chaldeans.
48:15 I, even I, have spoken; indeed, I have called him; I have brought him, and his way will prosper.
惟有我曾说过；我又呼召了他；我领他来，他的道路就必亨通。
48:16 Draw near to Me and listen to this: From the beginning I have not spoken in secret; From the time it took place, I was there. And now the Lord Jehovah Has sent me and His Spirit.
48:17 Thus says Jehovah, your Redeemer, The Holy One of Israel, I am Jehovah your God, Who teaches you to do that which is profitable, Who leads you in the way that you should go.
耶和华你的救赎主，以色列的圣者如此说，我是耶和华你的神，教训你作有益的事，引导你所当行的路。
48:18 If only you had hearkened to My commandments! Then your peace would have been like a river, And your righteousness like the waves of the sea,
甚愿你素来听从我的命令！你的平安就必如河水，你的公义就必如海浪。
48:19 And your seed would have been like the sand, And the offspring of your bowels like the gravel; His name would not have been cut off Or destroyed before Me.
你的后裔也必多如海沙，你腹中所生的也必多如沙粒；他的名在我面前必不剪除，也不灭绝。
48:20 Come out from Babylon; Flee from the Chaldeans; With a voice of shouting declare; Let them hear this, Send it out unto the end of the earth; Say, Jehovah has redeemed His servant Jacob.
48:21 And they did not thirst When He led them through the dry places; He caused water to flow From the rock for them; And He split the rock, And the waters gushed out.
耶和华引导他们经过干旱之地，他们并不干渴；祂为他们使水从磐石而流；祂分裂磐石，水就涌出。
48:22 There is no peace, says Jehovah, for the wicked.
