- 22:1 If a man steals an ox or a sheep and slaughters it or sells it, he shall restore five oxen for an ox and four sheep for a sheep.

人若偷牛或羊，无论是宰了，是卖了，他就要以五牛赔一牛，四羊赔一羊。
- 22:2 If the thief is found breaking in and is struck so that he dies, there shall be no bloodguiltiness for him;
-
人若遇见贼挖洞入屋，把贼打了，以致打死，就不必为他有流血的罪；
- 22:3 Unless the sun has risen upon him, then there shall be bloodguiltiness for him. He shall indeed make restitution; if he has nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft.

若太阳已经出来，就为他有流血的罪。贼若被拿，总要赔还；他若一无所有，就要被卖，顶他所偷的。
- 22:4 If what he has stolen is actually found alive in his possession, whether an ox or a donkey or a sheep, he shall restore double.
-
他所偷的，无论是牛，是驴，或是羊，若发现仍在他手下活着，他就要加倍赔还。
- 22:5 If a man lets a field or vineyard be grazed, that is, he lets his animal loose, and it grazes in another man's field; from the best of his own field and from the best of his own vineyard he shall make restitution.

人若在田间或在葡萄园里放牲畜，任凭牲畜上别人的田里去吃，就必拿自己田间上好的，和葡萄园里上好的赔还。
- 22:6 If fire breaks out and catches in thorns so that the stacked grain or the standing grain or what is growing in the field is consumed, he who started the fire shall surely make restitution.

若点火焚烧荆棘，以致将别人堆积的禾捆、站着的禾稼、或田间所长的，都烧尽了，那点火的必要赔还。
- 22:7 If a man gives to his neighbor silver or goods to keep, and it is stolen out of the man's house, if the thief is found, he shall restore double.
-
人若将银钱或物件交付邻舍保管，这银钱或物件从那人的家被偷去，若把贼找到了，贼要加倍赔还；
- 22:8 If the thief is not found, then the owner of the house shall come near to God to determine whether or not he laid his hand on his neighbor's goods.
-
若找不到贼，那家主要就近审判官，查明他下手拿了原主的财物没有。
- 22:9 For every case of transgression, whether concerning an ox, concerning a donkey, concerning a sheep, concerning clothing, or concerning any lost item about which one says, This is it, the case of both parties shall come before God; he whom God declares guilty shall restore double to his neighbor.

两个人的案件，无论是为什么过犯，或是为牛，为驴，为羊，为衣裳，或是为什么失掉之物，有一人说，这是我的，两造的案件就要呈到审判官面前，审判官定谁有罪，谁就要加倍赔还他的邻舍。
- 22:10 If a man gives to his neighbor a donkey or an ox or a sheep or any animal to keep, and it dies or is injured or driven away, with no man seeing it;

人若将驴，或牛，或羊，或别的牲畜，交付邻舍看守，牲畜或死，或受伤，或被抢走，无人看见，
- 22:11 The oath of Jehovah shall be between them both, that he has not laid his hand on his neighbor's goods; and its owner shall accept it, and he shall not make restitution.
-
那看守的人要在本主面前凭着耶和华起誓，他未曾下手拿邻舍的物；本主就要接受誓言，看守的人不必赔还。
- 22:12 But if it was certainly stolen from him, he shall make restitution to its owner.
-
牲畜若真的是从看守的人那里被偷去，他就要赔还本主；
- 22:13 If it was torn in pieces, let him bring it as evidence; he shall not make restitution for that which was torn.
-
若被野兽撕碎，看守的人要带来当作证据，所撕的不必赔还。
- 22:14 And if a man borrows anything from his neighbor, and it is injured or dies while its owner is not with it, he shall make full restitution.
-
人若向邻舍借什么，所借的或受伤，或死了，本主没有同在一处，借的人总要赔还；
- 22:15 If its owner was with it, he shall not make restitution; if it was hired, only the hiring fee is due.
-
若本主同在一处，他就不必赔还；若是雇的，他只要付雇价。
- 22:16 And if a man seduces a virgin who is not engaged and lies with her, he shall surely pay a dowry for her to become his wife.
-
人若引诱没有受聘的处女，与她同寝，他总要交出聘礼，娶她为妻。
- 22:17 If her father utterly refuses to give her to him, he shall pay silver according to the dowry of virgins.
-
若女子的父亲决不肯将女子给他，他就要按处女的聘礼，交出银钱。
- 22:18 You shall not allow a sorceress to live.
-
行邪术的女人，不可容她存活。
- 22:19 Whoever lies with an animal shall surely be put to death.
-
凡与兽淫合的，必要被处死。
- 22:20 He who sacrifices to any god, except to Jehovah only, shall be devoted to destruction.
-
献祭给别神，不单单献祭给耶和华的，那人必要被灭绝。
- 22:21 And you shall not wrong a sojourner, nor shall you oppress him; for you were sojourners in the land of Egypt.
-
不可亏负寄居的，也不可欺压他，因为你们在埃及地也作过寄居的。
- 22:22 You shall not afflict any widow or orphan.
-
不可苦待寡妇和孤儿；
- 22:23 If you afflict them at all and if they cry at all to Me, I will surely hear their cry;
-
若是苦待他们一点，他们向我一哀求，我总要听他们的哀声，
- 22:24 And My anger will be kindled, and I will kill you with the sword; and your wives shall be widows, and your children orphans.
-
并要发烈怒，用刀杀你们，使你们的妻子为寡妇，儿女为孤儿。
- 22:25 If you lend silver to My people, to the poor among you, you shall not be to him as a creditor; you shall not charge him interest.
-
我民中有贫穷人与你同住，你若借银钱给他，不可如放债的向他取利息。
- 22:26 If you ever take your neighbor's garment as a pledge, you shall return it to him before the sun goes down.
-
你即使拿邻舍的衣服作抵押，也要在日落以前归还他，
- 22:27 For that is his only covering; it is his garment for his skin. On what shall he lie down? And when he cries to Me I will hear, for I am gracious.
-
因为这是他惟一的遮盖之物，是他盖身的衣服；若是没有，他拿什么睡觉呢？他哀求我，我就应允，因为我是有恩惠的。
- 22:28 You shall not revile God, nor curse a ruler of your people.
-
不可辱骂神，也不可毁谤你百姓的官长。
- 22:29 You shall not delay to offer the fullness of your harvest and of the outflow of your presses. The firstborn of your sons you shall give to Me.
-
你要把你庄稼中丰收的谷物，和酒醡中滴出来的酒，拿来献上，不可迟延。你要将头生的儿子归给我。
- 22:30 You shall do the same with your oxen and with your sheep. Seven days it shall be with its mother; on the eighth day you shall give it to Me.
-
你牛羊头生的，也要这样；七天当跟着母，第八天要归给我。
- 22:31 And you shall be holy men to Me. And you shall not eat any flesh that is torn by beasts in the field; you shall throw it to the dogs.
-
你要作圣别归我的人。因此，田间被野兽撕裂牲畜的肉，你们不可吃，要丢给狗吃。
