- 24:1 And when Balaam saw that it pleased Jehovah to bless Israel, he did not go as at the other times to meet with enchantments, but he set his face toward the wilderness.

巴兰见耶和华喜欢赐福与以色列，就不像前两次去求法术，却面向旷野。
- 24:2 And Balaam lifted up his eyes and saw Israel dwelling according to their tribes, and the Spirit of God came upon him.

巴兰举目，看见以色列人按支派居住，神的灵就临到他身上。
- 24:3 And he took up his parable and said, Balaam the son of Beor declares, And the man whose eye is opened declares;
-
他便题起诗歌说，比珥的儿子巴兰宣告说，眼目睁开的人宣告说，
- 24:4 He declares, he who hears the words of God, Who sees the vision of the All-sufficient One, Falling down, but having his eyes uncovered:

得听神的言语，得见全足者的异象，仆倒而眼目得开的人宣告说，
- 24:5 How fair are your tents, O Jacob, Your tabernacles, O Israel!
-
雅各阿，你的帐棚何其佳美！以色列阿，你的帐幕何其华丽！
- 24:6 Like valleys they are spread forth, Like gardens beside a river, Like aloes which Jehovah has planted, Like cedars beside water.
-
如延展的山谷，如河旁的园子，如耶和华所栽的沉香树，如水边的香柏木。
- 24:7 Water shall flow from his buckets, And his seed shall be in many waters, And his king shall be higher than Agag, And his kingdom shall be exalted.
-
水要从他的桶里流出，他的种子必撒在多水之处；他的王必超过亚甲，他的国必被高举。
- 24:8 God is the One who brought him forth out of Egypt; He has as it were the horns of the wild ox. He shall eat up the nations, his adversaries, And shall break their bones in pieces, And shatter them with his arrows.

神领他出埃及；他似乎有野牛之力。他必吞吃敌国，打碎他们的骨头，用箭射透他们。
- 24:9 He couches; he lies down like a lion And like a lioness; who will rouse him up? Blessed is everyone who blesses you, And cursed is everyone who curses you.
-
他蹲卧如公狮，又如母狮，谁敢惹他？凡给你祝福的，愿他蒙福；凡咒诅你的，愿他受咒诅。
- 24:10 Then Balak's anger was kindled against Balaam, and he struck his hands together. And Balak said to Balaam, I called you to curse my enemies, but now you have altogether blessed them these three times.

巴勒向巴兰发怒，就拍掌对他说，我召你来为我咒诅仇敌，不料，你这三次竟完全为他们祝福。
- 24:11 Therefore now flee to your place! I said I would greatly honor you, but now Jehovah has kept you away from honor.
-
如今你快回本地去罢！我说过我要使你得大尊荣，耶和华却不让你得尊荣。
- 24:12 And Balaam said to Balak, Did I not also speak to your messengers whom you sent to me, saying,
-
巴兰对巴勒说，我岂不曾告诉你所差遣到我那里的使者说，
- 24:13 Even if Balak were to give me his house full of silver and gold, I could not go beyond the word of Jehovah, to do either good or bad from my own heart? What Jehovah speaks, that I will speak.
-
即使巴勒将他满屋的金银给我，我也不能越过耶和华的话，凭自己的心意行好行歹么？耶和华说什么，我就说什么。
- 24:14 And now therefore, I am going to my people. Come, let me give you counsel as to what this people will do to your people in the last days.
-
现在我要回本族去。你来，我指示你这民日后要怎样待你的民。
- 24:15 And he took up his parable and said, Balaam the son of Beor declares, And the man whose eye is opened declares;

他就题起诗歌说，比珥的儿子巴兰宣告说，眼目睁开的人宣告说，
- 24:16 He declares, he who hears the words of God And obtains the knowledge of the Most High, Who sees the vision of the All-sufficient One, Falling down, but having his eyes uncovered:

得听神的言语，得知至高者的知识，得见全足者的异象，仆倒而眼目得开的人宣告说，
- 24:17 I see Him, but not now; I behold Him, but not near. There shall come forth a Star out of Jacob, And a Scepter shall rise out of Israel, And He shall crush the corners of Moab, And break down all the sons of Sheth.
-
我看祂，却不在现时；我望祂，却不在近日。必有一星从雅各而出，必有一杖从以色列兴起，祂必打碎摩押的四角，毁坏所有舍特的子孙。
- 24:18 And Edom shall be dispossessed, Seir, His enemies, shall also be dispossessed; While Israel does valiantly.

祂必得以东为基业，又得仇敌之地西珥为产业；以色列必行事勇敢。
- 24:19 And One from Jacob shall have dominion And destroy the remnant from the city.
-
有一位出于雅各的，必掌大权，并除灭城中的余民。
- 24:20 And he looked on Amalek and took up his parable and said, Amalek was the first of the nations, But his latter end shall come to destruction.
-
巴兰观看亚玛力，就题起诗歌说，亚玛力原为诸国之首，但他终必灭亡。
- 24:21 And he looked on the Kenites and took up his parable and said, Strong is your dwelling place, And your nest is set in the rock.
-
巴兰观看基尼人，就题起诗歌说，你的住处坚固，你的窝巢造在磐石中。
- 24:22 Nevertheless Kain shall be burned Until Asshur carry you away captive.
-
然而基尼必被烧毁；直到亚述把你掳去。
- 24:23 And he took up his parable and said, Alas, who shall live when God does this?
-
巴兰又题起诗歌说，哀哉，神行这事，谁能得活？
- 24:24 But ships shall come from the coast of Kittim, And they shall afflict Asshur and shall afflict Eber; And he also shall come to destruction.
-
必有人乘船从基提海岸而来，苦害亚述，苦害希伯；他也必灭亡。
- 24:25 And Balaam rose up and went back to his place, and Balak also went his way.
-
于是巴兰起来，回他本地去；巴勒也回去了。
