- 27:1 Then the daughters of Zelophehad the son of Hepher, the son of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh, of the families of Manasseh the son of Joseph came near. And these are the names of his daughters: Mahlah, Noah, and Hoglah, and Milcah and Tirzah.

属约瑟儿子玛拿西各家族的，有玛拿西的玄孙，玛吉的曾孙，基列的孙子，希弗的儿子西罗非哈的女儿，名叫玛拉、挪阿、曷拉、密迦、得撒；她们近前来，
- 27:2 And they stood before Moses and before Eleazar the priest and before the leaders and the whole assembly at the entrance of the Tent of Meeting, saying,

站在会幕门口，在摩西和祭司以利亚撒，并众首领与全会众面前，说，
- 27:3 Our father died in the wilderness, and he was not among the company of those who gathered themselves together against Jehovah in the company of Korah; but he died in his own sin, and he had no sons.

我们的父亲死在旷野，他没有在可拉一党中，随从他们聚集攻击耶和华，是在自己罪中死的；他也没有儿子。
- 27:4 Why should our father's name be taken away from among his family because he had no son? Give us a possession among our father's brothers.
-
为什么因我们的父亲没有儿子，就把他的名从他家族中除掉呢？求你们在我们父亲的弟兄中，给我们产业。
- 27:5 And Moses brought their case before Jehovah.

于是，摩西将她们的案件呈到耶和华面前。
- 27:6 Then Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,
-
耶和华对摩西说，
- 27:7 The daughters of Zelophehad speak rightly. You shall surely give them the possession of an inheritance among their father's brothers; and you shall cause the inheritance of their father to pass to them.
-
西罗非哈的女儿说得有理。你一定要在她们父亲的弟兄中，把地业给她们作产业；要将她们父亲的产业归给她们。
- 27:8 And you shall speak to the children of Israel, saying, If a man dies and has no son, then you shall cause his inheritance to pass to his daughter.
-
也要对以色列人说，人若死了没有儿子，就要把他的产业归给他的女儿。
- 27:9 And if he does not have a daughter, then you shall give his inheritance to his brothers.
-
他若没有女儿，就要把他的产业给他的弟兄。
- 27:10 And if he has no brothers, then you shall give his inheritance to his father's brothers.

他若没有弟兄，就要把他的产业给他父亲的弟兄。
- 27:11 And if his father has no brothers, then you shall give his inheritance to his relative nearest to him among his family, and he shall possess it. And it shall be a statute of judgment for the children of Israel, as Jehovah commanded Moses.

他父亲若没有弟兄，就要把他的产业给他家族中最近的亲属，他便要得为业。这要作以色列人判断的律例，是照耶和华所吩咐摩西的。
- 27:12 And Jehovah said to Moses, Go up to this mountain of the Abarim and see the land which I have given to the children of Israel.

耶和华对摩西说，你上这亚巴琳山，观看我所赐给以色列人的地。
- 27:13 And when you have seen it, you also shall be gathered to your people, just as Aaron your brother was gathered,
-
看了以后，你也必归到你本民那里，像你哥哥亚伦一样；
- 27:14 Because you rebelled against My word in the wilderness of Zin, in the strife of the assembly, and failed to sanctify Me at the waters before their eyes. (These are the waters of Meribah-kadesh, in the wilderness of Zin.)

因为你们在寻的旷野，当会众争闹的时候，违背了我的话，没有在涌水之处，在会众眼前尊我为圣。(这水就是在寻的旷野的加低斯米利巴水。)
- 27:15 And Moses spoke to Jehovah, saying,
-
摩西对耶和华说，
- 27:16 Let Jehovah, the God of the spirits of all flesh, appoint a man over the assembly,
-
愿耶和华万人之灵的神，立一个人治理会众，
- 27:17 Who will go out before them and who will come in before them, and who will lead them out and who will bring them in; so that the assembly of Jehovah will not be like sheep which have no shepherd.

可以在他们面前出入，也可以引领他们出入，免得耶和华的会众如同没有牧人的羊群一般。
- 27:18 And Jehovah said to Moses, Take Joshua the son of Nun, a man in whom is the Spirit, and lay your hand upon him;
-
耶和华对摩西说，你要将嫩的儿子约书亚领来，这人里面有神的灵；你要按手在他头上，
- 27:19 And set him before Eleazar the priest and before the whole assembly, and give him a charge in their sight.

使他站在祭司以利亚撒和全会众面前，在他们眼前嘱咐他，
- 27:20 And you shall put some of your honor upon him, so that the whole assembly of the children of Israel may obey him.
-
又要将你的尊荣给他几分，使以色列人全会众都听从他。
- 27:21 And he shall stand before Eleazar the priest, and he shall inquire for him by the judgment of the Urim before Jehovah. At his word shall they go out and at his word they shall come in, both he and all the children of Israel with him, even the whole assembly.

他要站在祭司以利亚撒面前，以利亚撒要凭乌陵的判断，在耶和华面前为他求问。他和以色列全会众都要遵以利亚撒的话出入。
- 27:22 And Moses did as Jehovah commanded him, and he took Joshua and set him before Eleazar the priest and before the whole assembly.

于是摩西照耶和华所吩咐的去行；他将约书亚领来，使他站在祭司以利亚撒和全会众面前，
- 27:23 And he laid his hands upon him and gave him a charge just as Jehovah had spoken through Moses.
-
按手在他头上，嘱咐他，正如耶和华藉摩西所说的。
