- 9:1 And the queen of Sheba had heard of Solomon's fame, and she came to Jerusalem with a very large retinue and with camels bearing spices and much gold and precious stones to test Solomon with hard questions. And when she came to Solomon, she spoke with him all that was on her heart.

示巴女王听见所罗门的名声，就来到耶路撒冷，要用难解的话试验所罗门；她带着许多随从，又有骆驼驮着香料、许多金子和宝石。她来见了所罗门，就把心里所有的对所罗门都说出来。
- 9:2 And Solomon answered every matter of hers, and there was nothing hidden from Solomon that he did not answer her.

所罗门将她所问的都答上了，没有一样对所罗门是隐秘不能答的。
- 9:3 And when the queen of Sheba saw the wisdom of Solomon and the house that he had built
-
示巴女王见所罗门的智慧，和他所建造的宫室，
- 9:4 And the food of his table and the seating of his servants and the service and apparel of his ministers and his cupbearers and their apparel and his ascent by which he went up to the house of Jehovah, there was no more spirit in her.

他席上的膳肴，群臣的座次，仆人的侍候，他们的服饰，司酒和司酒的服饰，以及他上耶和华殿的台阶，就诧异得神不守舍。
- 9:5 And she said to the king, The word that I heard in my land concerning your deeds and your wisdom is true,
-
她对王说，我在我本地所听见的话，论到你的事和你的智慧，实在是真的；
- 9:6 But I did not believe their words until I came and my own eyes saw. And indeed the half of the greatness of your wisdom was not told me, and you exceed the report that I heard.

我先前不信那些人的话，及至我来亲眼见了，才知道你的大智慧，人所告诉我的还不到一半；你实在超过我所听见的传闻。
- 9:7 Happy are your men! And happy are these your servants, who stand before you continually and hear your wisdom!
-
属你的人是有福的！你的这些臣仆，常侍立在你面前听你智慧的话，是有福的！
- 9:8 Blessed be Jehovah your God, who has delighted in you and set you upon His throne as king for Jehovah your God. Because your God loves Israel to establish them forever, He has placed you as king over them to execute justice and righteousness.

耶和华你的神是当受颂赞的；祂喜悦你，使你坐祂的国位，为耶和华你的神作王；因为你的神爱以色列人，要永远坚立他们，所以立你作他们的王，使你施行公理和公义。
- 9:9 And she gave the king one hundred twenty talents of gold and a very great store of spices and precious stones, and there had never been spices like those which the queen of Sheba gave to King Solomon.

于是，示巴女王将一百二十他连得金子、极多的香料、和宝石送给王；示巴女王送给所罗门王的香料，是从未有过的。
- 9:10 Moreover Huram's servants and Solomon's servants who brought gold from Ophir brought algum trees and precious stones.

户兰的仆人和所罗门的仆人从俄斐运了金子来，也运了檀香木和宝石来。
- 9:11 And the king made of the algum trees steps for the house of Jehovah and for the king's house and lyres and harps for the singers; such as these had not been seen before in the land of Judah.

王用檀香木为耶和华殿和王宫作台阶，又为歌唱的人作琴瑟；犹大地从来没有见过这样的。
- 9:12 And King Solomon gave to the queen of Sheba all that she desired, whatever she asked for, besides that which she brought to the king. And she turned and went to her own land, she and her servants.

所罗门王按示巴女王所带来给他的，还她礼物，另外照她一切所要所求的，都送给她。于是女王和她的臣仆转回她本地去了。
- 9:13 Now the weight of gold that came to Solomon in one year was six hundred sixty-six talents of gold,
-
所罗门每年所得的金子，重六百六十六他连得；
- 9:14 Besides that which was brought by the traders and the merchants and by all the kings of Arabia and the governors of the land, who brought gold and silver to Solomon.

另外还有商人和来往作贸易的人所进的金子，并且亚拉伯的诸王与各地的省长，都带金银给所罗门。
- 9:15 And King Solomon made two hundred large shields of beaten gold; he put six hundred shekels of beaten gold upon each large shield.

所罗门王用锤出来的金子，打成挡牌二百面，每面用锤出来的金子六百舍客勒；
- 9:16 And he made three hundred smaller shields of beaten gold; he put three hundred shekels of gold upon each smaller shield. And the king put them in the Lebanon Forest House.
-
又用锤出来的金子，打成盾牌三百面，每面用金子三百舍客勒；王把这些都放在利巴嫩林宫里。
- 9:17 And the king made a large ivory throne and overlaid it with pure gold.
-
王又造了一个象牙大宝座，用纯金包裹。
- 9:18 And the throne had six steps, and a footstool of gold was attached to the throne, and there were armrests on either side next to the place of the seat, and two lions stood next to the armrests.

宝座有六层台阶，又有金脚凳，与宝座相连；座位两旁有扶手，靠近扶手有两只狮子站立。
- 9:19 And twelve lions stood there upon the six steps on either side. Nothing like it had ever been made in any kingdom.
-
六层台阶上有十二只狮子站立，左边六只，右边六只；在列国中没有这样作的。
- 9:20 And all King Solomon's drinking vessels were of gold, and all the vessels of the Lebanon Forest House were of pure gold; silver was considered as nothing in the days of Solomon.

所罗门王一切的饮器都是金的，利巴嫩林宫里的一切器皿都是纯金的；所罗门年间，银子算不了什么。
- 9:21 For the king had a fleet which went to Tarshish with Huram's servants. Once every three years the fleet from Tarshish came bearing gold and silver and ivory and apes and peacocks.

因为王有船队与户兰的仆人一同往他施去；三年一次，他施船队把金银、象牙、猿猴、孔雀运来。
- 9:22 And King Solomon excelled all the kings of the earth in wealth and in wisdom.
-
所罗门王的财宝与智慧，胜过地上的列王。
- 9:23 And all the kings of the earth sought the presence of Solomon, to hear his wisdom, which God had put in his heart.
-
全地的王都求见所罗门的面，要听神赐在他心中智慧的话。
- 9:24 And they each brought their tribute, vessels of silver and vessels of gold, and robes, weapons and spices, horses and mules, so much year by year.
-
他们各带贡物，就是银器、金器、衣服、军械、香料、马和骡，每年有一定之例。
- 9:25 And Solomon had four thousand stalls for horses and chariots; and twelve thousand horsemen, which he stationed in the chariot cities and with the king at Jerusalem.

所罗门有车和马四千棚，有马兵一万二千名，安置在屯车城，并在耶路撒冷，在王那里。
- 9:26 And he was the ruler over all the kings from the River unto the land of the Philistines and unto the border of Egypt.
-
所罗门统管诸王，从大河到非利士地，直到埃及的边界。
- 9:27 And the king caused silver to be as plentiful as stones in Jerusalem, and cedars, like the sycamores that are in the lowlands.

王在耶路撒冷使银子多如石头，香柏木多如低陆的桑树。
- 9:28 And they brought horses for Solomon from Egypt and from all the lands.
-
有人从埃及和各地为所罗门赶马群来。
- 9:29 And the rest of the acts of Solomon, the first and the last, are they not written in the chronicles of Nathan the prophet and in the prophecy of Ahijah the Shilonite and in the visions of Iddo the seer concerning Jeroboam the son of Nebat?

所罗门其余的事，自始至终，岂不都写在申言者拿单的年代志上，和示罗人亚希雅的预言书上，并先见易多论尼八儿子耶罗波安的异象书上么？
- 9:30 And Solomon reigned in Jerusalem over all Israel forty years.

所罗门在耶路撒冷作全以色列的王共四十年。
- 9:31 And Solomon slept with his fathers, and they buried him in the city of David his father. And Rehoboam his son reigned in his place.
-
所罗门与他列祖同睡，葬在他父亲大卫的城里。他儿子罗波安接续他作王。
