[恢复本] 竟向天上的主自高，使人将祂殿中的器皿拿到你面前，你和大臣、王后、妃嫔用这些器皿饮酒；你又赞美那不能看、不能听，无知无识，用金、银、铜、铁、木、石所造的神；却没有将尊荣归与那手中有你气息，管理你一切道路的神；

[RCV] But you have exalted yourself against the Lord of the heavens; and they have brought the vessels of His house before you, and you and your lords, your wives, and your concubines have drunk wine from them; and you have praised the gods of silver and of gold, of bronze, iron, wood, and stone, which do not see nor hear nor know. But the God in whose hand is your breath and to whom all your ways belong, you have not honored.
