- 33:1 Then the word of Jehovah came to me, saying,
-
耶和华的话临到我，说，
- 33:2 Son of man, speak to the children of your people, and say to them, Whenever I bring the sword upon a land and the people of the land take a man from their midst and set him up as their watchman,
-
人子阿，你要告诉本族的子民说，我若使刀剑临到那一地，那一地的民从他们中间选取一人，立他为守望的，
- 33:3 And when he sees the sword come upon the land, he blows the trumpet and warns the people;
-
他见刀剑临到那地，就吹角警戒人民，
- 33:4 Then whoever hears the sound of the trumpet and ignores the warning, if the sword comes and takes him away, his blood will be on his own head.
-
凡听见角声不受警戒的，刀剑若来除灭了他，流他血的罪就必归到他自己的头上。
- 33:5 He heard the sound of the trumpet and ignored the warning; his own blood will be on him; whereas if he had taken warning, he would have delivered his soul.
-
他听见角声，不受警戒，流他血的罪必归到他自己的身上；他若受警戒，便是救了自己的性命。
- 33:6 But if the watchman sees the sword come and does not blow the trumpet and the people are not warned and the sword comes and takes someone away from them, he is taken away in his iniquity, but his blood I will require at the watchman's hand.

倘若守望的人见刀剑临到，却不吹角，以致人民未受警戒，刀剑来除灭了他们中间的一个人，他虽然因自己的罪孽被除灭，我却要从守望的人手中追讨流他血的罪。
- 33:7 It is you, O son of man, whom I have appointed as a watchman to the house of Israel; therefore when you hear the word from My mouth, give them warning from Me.

人子阿，我立了你作以色列家守望的人，你要听我口中的话，替我警戒他们。
- 33:8 When I say to the wicked, O wicked man, you will surely die, and you do not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man will die in his iniquity, but his blood I will require at your hand.

我何时指着恶人说，恶人哪，你必要死；你若不发言警戒恶人，使他离开他的行径，那恶人必因自己的罪孽而死，我却要从你手中追讨流他血的罪。
- 33:9 Yet if you warn the wicked man of his way to turn from it and he does not turn from his way, he will die in his iniquity, and you have delivered your soul.

倘若你警戒恶人转离他的行径，他仍不转离，他必因自己的罪孽而死，你却救了自己的性命。
- 33:10 And you, son of man, say to the house of Israel, This is what you speak, saying, Our transgressions and our sins are upon us, and because of them we are wasting away. How then can we live?

人子阿，你要对以色列家说，你们这样说，我们的过犯和我们的罪在我们身上，我们必因此消灭，怎能存活呢？
- 33:11 Say to them, As I live, declares the Lord Jehovah, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turns away from his way and lives. Turn away, turn away from your evil ways; for why will you die, O house of Israel?

你要对他们说，主耶和华说，我指着我的生存起誓，我断不喜悦恶人死亡，惟喜悦恶人转离他的行径而活。以色列家阿，你们转离，转离邪恶的行径罢，何必死亡呢？
- 33:12 And you, son of man, say to the children of your people, The righteousness of the righteous will not deliver him on the day of his transgression, and the wickedness of the wicked will not stumble him on the day he turns away from his wickedness. The righteous cannot be kept alive just because of his righteousness on the day he sins.

人子阿，你要对本族的子民说，义人的义，在他犯罪之日不能救他；至于恶人的恶，在他转离恶行之日也不能使他跌倒。义人在犯罪之日也不能因他的义存活。
- 33:13 When I say concerning the righteous man, He will surely live, but if he has confidence in his righteousness and practices iniquity, none of his righteous deeds will be remembered. As for his iniquity that he practiced, in it he will die.

我论到义人说，他必定存活；但他若倚靠他的义而行罪孽，他所行的义都不被记念。论到他所作的罪孽，他必因此死亡。
- 33:14 Again, when I say to the wicked man, You will surely die, but if he turns away from his sin and practices justice and righ- teousness -
-
再者，我对恶人说，你必定死亡；但他若转离他的罪，行公正与公义的事：
- 33:15 If the wicked man restores a pledge, makes restitution for what he took in robbery, walks in the statutes of life, practicing no iniquity-he will surely live; he will not die.

他若归还人的抵押物，偿还所抢夺的，遵行生命的律例，不行罪孽，他就必定存活，不至死亡。
- 33:16 None of his sins that he has committed will be remembered against him; he has practiced justice and righteousness; he will surely live.
-
他所犯的一切罪必不被记念；他行了公正与公义的事，必定存活。
- 33:17 Yet the children of your people say, The way of the Lord is not fair; but as for them, their way is not fair.
-
你本族的子民还说，主的道路不公平；其实是他们自己的道路不公平。
- 33:18 When a righteous man turns from his righteousness and practices iniquity, he will even die in it.
-
义人转离他的义而行罪孽，就必因此死亡。
- 33:19 And when a wicked man turns from his wickedness and practices justice and righteousness, he will live by them.
-
恶人转离他的恶，行公正与公义的事，就必因此存活。
- 33:20 Yet you say, The way of the Lord is not fair. O house of Israel, I will judge every one of you according to his ways.
-
你们还说，主的道路不公平。以色列家阿，我必按你们各人所行的审判你们。
- 33:21 And in the twelfth year of our captivity, in the tenth month, on the fifth day of the month, one who had escaped from Jerusalem came to me, saying, The city has been struck down.
-
我们被掳之后第十二年十月初五日，有人从耶路撒冷逃出，来到我这里，说，城已攻破。
- 33:22 Now the hand of Jehovah had come upon me in the evening, before the coming of the one who had escaped; and He had opened my mouth before he came to me in the morning. Therefore my mouth was opened, and I was no longer dumb.

逃出的人来到的前一日晚上，耶和华的手降在我身上，祂开了我的口。到了早晨，那人来到我这里；我的口开了，就不再缄默。
- 33:23 Then the word of Jehovah came to me, saying,
-
耶和华的话临到我，说，
- 33:24 Son of man, the inhabitants of those ruined places in the land of Israel speak, saying, Abraham was one person, and he was given the land as an inheritance; but we are many; surely the land has been given to us for an inheritance.
-
人子阿，住在以色列地那些荒废之处的人说，亚伯拉罕独自一人，就得了这地为业；我们人数众多，这地必是给了我们为业的。
- 33:25 Therefore say to them, Thus says the Lord Jehovah, You eat meat with the blood and lift up your eyes to your idols and shed blood. Will you indeed possess the land?
-
所以你要对他们说，主耶和华如此说，你们吃带血的肉，举目仰望你们的偶像，并且杀人流血，你们还能得这地为业么？
- 33:26 You depend on your sword; you have committed abominations, and each of you defiles his neighbor's wife. Will you indeed possess the land?
-
你们倚仗自己的刀剑，行可憎的事，人人玷污邻舍的妻子，你们还能得这地为业么？
- 33:27 Thus will you say to them, Thus says the Lord Jehovah, As I live, surely those who are in the ruined places will fall by the sword, and he who is in the open field I will give to the beasts to be devoured, and those who are in the strongholds and in the caves will die of pestilence.

你要对他们这样说，主耶和华如此说，我指着我的生存起誓，在荒废之处的，必倒在刀下；在田野间的，我必交给野兽吞吃；在保障和洞里的，必遭瘟疫而死。
- 33:28 And I will make the land a desolation and a waste, and the pride of her strength will cease, and the mountains of Israel will be desolate without anyone passing through.

我必使这地荒凉旷废，她因自己力量而有的骄傲也必止息，以色列的山都必荒凉，无人经过。
- 33:29 Then will they know that I am Jehovah, when I have made the land a desolation and a waste, because of all their abominations which they have committed.
-
我因他们所行一切可憎的事，使这地荒凉旷废；那时，他们就知道我是耶和华。
- 33:30 And as for you, son of man, the children of your people talk about you by the walls and in the entrances of the houses and speak to one another, each to his brother, saying, Come now, and hear what is the word that comes forth from Jehovah.

至于你，人子阿，你本族的子民在墙垣旁边、在房屋门口谈论你，各人对弟兄彼此说，来罢，听听有什么话从耶和华而出。
- 33:31 And they come to you just as people come, and they sit before you as My people, and they hear your words but do not do them; for with their mouth they show much love, but their heart goes after their gain.
-
他们来到你这里如同民来聚会，坐在你面前仿佛是我的民，他们听你的话却不去行；因为他们用口多显爱情，他们的心却追随财利。
- 33:32 And indeed you are to them like a very lovely song of one with a pleasant voice, who can play an instrument well; for they hear your words but do not do them.
-
你对于他们，如同善于奏乐、声音幽雅之人所唱的情歌；他们听你的话却不去行。
- 33:33 And when this comes about-indeed it comes-then they will know that a prophet has been among them.
-
看哪，所说的快要临到；临到了，他们就知道在他们中间有了申言者。
