• 5:1　Go to and fro in the streets of Jerusalem, And look now and know, And seek in her open squares If you can find a man, If there is anyone who executes justice, Who seeks faithfulness; And I will pardon her.
  • 你们当在耶路撒冷的街上，跑来跑去，观看察知，并在宽阔处寻找，是否有一人施行公理，寻求忠信；若有，我就赦免这城。
  • 5:2　And although they say, As Jehovah lives, Nevertheless they swear falsely.
  • 他们虽然说，我指着永活的耶和华起誓，其实他们所起的誓是假的。
  • 5:3　O Jehovah, are not Your eyes upon faithfulness? You have stricken them, But they did not writhe; You have consumed them, But they refused to take correction. They have made their faces harder than rock; They have refused to turn.
  • 耶和华阿，你的眼目不是看顾忠信么？你击打他们，他们却不伤恸；你毁灭他们，他们却不受管教。他们使脸刚硬过于磐石，不肯回头。
  • 5:4　Then I said, But they are the poor; They are foolish; For they do not know the way of Jehovah, The ordinance of their God.
  • 我说，这些人实在是贫穷的，是愚昧的；因为他们不晓得耶和华的法则，和他们神的典章。
  • 5:5　I will go to the great And speak with them; Surely these know the way of Jehovah, The ordinance of their God. But together they both have broken the yoke; They have torn off the bonds.
  • 我要去见尊大的人，对他们说话；他们必然晓得耶和华的法则，和他们神的典章；但这些人一起将轭折断，挣开绳索。
  • 5:6　Therefore a lion from the forest will strike them; A wolf of the deserts will destroy them. A leopard is watching their cities; Everyone who goes out from them will be torn in pieces; Because they multiplied their transgressions, And their apostasies are great in number.
  • 因此，林中的狮子必袭击他们，荒地的豺狼必毁灭他们。豹子要窥伺他们的城，凡出城的必被撕碎；因为他们的过犯极多，背道的事也大大加增。
  • 5:7　Why should I pardon you? Your children have forsaken Me And sworn by those who are not gods. When I fed them to the full, they committed adultery And trooped to the house of harlots.
  • 我怎能赦免你呢？你的儿女离弃了我，又指着那不是神的起誓。我使他们饱足，他们就行奸淫，成群的到娼妓家里。
  • 5:8　Like well-fed horses they roam about, Each one neighing after his neighbor's wife.
  • 他们像喂饱的马，到处乱跑，各向邻舍的妻子发嘶声。
  • 5:9　Shall I not punish because of these things? Declares Jehovah; And on a nation such as this Shall My soul not avenge itself?
  • 耶和华说，我岂不因这些事讨罪呢？我魂岂不报复这样的国呢？
  • 5:10　Go up through her vine rows and destroy, But do not make a full end; Strip away her branches, For they are not Jehovah's.
  • 你们要上去，穿过她葡萄树的行列，施行毁坏；但不可毁坏净尽，只要除掉她的枝子，因为那些不属于耶和华。
  • 5:11　For the house of Israel and the house of Judah Have dealt very treacherously with Me, declares Jehovah.
  • 原来以色列家和犹大家，对我大行诡诈；这是耶和华说的。
  • 5:12　They have denied Jehovah And have said, He is not; And evil will not come upon us, Nor will we see sword and famine;
  • 他们否认耶和华，说，这并不是祂；灾祸必不临到我们，我们也必不至见到刀剑和饥荒。
  • 5:13　And the prophets will become wind, And the word is not in them; Thus it will be done to them.
  • 申言者必成为风，话也不在他们里面；因此，这灾必临到他们。
  • 5:14　Therefore thus says Jehovah The God of hosts: Because they have spoken this word, I am now making My words A fire in your mouth, And this people wood; And it will consume them.
  • 所以耶和华万军之神如此说，因为他们说这话，我必使我的话，在你口中为火，使这百姓为柴；这火必将他们吞灭。
  • 5:15　I am now bringing upon you A nation from afar, O house of Israel, declares Jehovah. It is an enduring nation, It is an ancient nation; A nation whose language you do not know, Nor can you understand what they say.
  • 耶和华说，以色列家阿，我必使一国从远方来攻击你，是强盛不衰的国，是从古而有的国；这国的言语你不晓得，他们说的话你不明白。
  • 5:16　Their quiver is like an open grave; All of them are mighty men.
  • 他们的箭袋，如同敞开的坟墓；他们都是勇士。
  • 5:17　And they will eat up your harvest and your bread; They will eat up your sons and your daughters; They will eat up your flocks and your herds; They will eat up your vines and your fig trees; They will demolish with the sword your fortified cities, In which you trust.
  • 他们必吃尽你的庄稼和你的粮食，吃尽你的儿女；他们必吃尽你的牛群羊群，吃尽你的葡萄树和无花果树；又必用刀毁坏你所倚靠的坚固城。
  • 5:18　Yet even in those days, declares Jehovah, I will not make a full end of you.
  • 耶和华说，甚至到那些日子，我也不将你们毁灭净尽。
  • 5:19　And when they say, Why has Jehovah our God done all these things to us? you shall say to them, As you have forsaken Me and served foreign gods in your land, so you will serve strangers in a land that is not yours.
  • 百姓若说，耶和华我们的神，为什么向我们行这一切事呢？你就对他们说，你们怎样离弃了我，在你们的地上事奉外邦神，也必照样在不属你们的地上事奉外邦人。
  • 5:20　Declare this in the house of Jacob, And announce it in the house of Judah, saying,
  • 当将这话传扬在雅各家，报告在犹大家，说，
  • 5:21　Now hear this, O people, who are foolish and without understanding, Who have eyes but do not see, Who have ears but do not hear:
  • 愚昧无知的百姓阿，你们有眼不看，有耳不听，现在当听这话：
  • 5:22　Do you not fear Me, declares Jehovah; Do you not tremble at My presence; Who have set the sand as a boundary for the sea By an eternal statute, so it cannot pass over it? Although its waves toss, they cannot prevail; Although they roar, they cannot pass over it.
  • 耶和华说，你们怎么不惧怕我呢？你们在我面前还不战兢么？我以永远的定例，用沙为界限，使海不得越过。波浪虽然翻腾，却不能得胜；虽然匉訇，却不能越过。
  • 5:23　But this people has a stubborn and rebellious heart; They have turned aside and have gone away.
  • 但这百姓有顽梗叛逆的心；他们竟偏离我而去。
  • 5:24　And they do not say in their heart, Let us now fear Jehovah our God, who gives us rain, Both the early rain and the late rain, in its season, Who preserves the appointed weeks of the harvest for us.
  • 他们心里也不说，我们应当敬畏耶和华我们的神；祂按时赐雨，就是秋雨春雨，又为我们定收割的节令，永存不废。
  • 5:25　Your iniquities have turned these things away, And your sins have withheld from you what is good.
  • 你们的罪孽使这些事转离，你们的罪使你们不能得好处。
  • 5:26　For wicked men are found among My people; They lie in wait like fowlers crouching; They set a trap, They catch men.
  • 因为在我民中有恶人，他们好像捕鸟的人埋伏窥探；他们设立圈套捕捉人。
  • 5:27　Like a cage full of birds, So their houses are full of deceit; Therefore they have become great and rich.
  • 笼内怎样满了雀鸟，他们的房中也照样充满诡诈；所以他们得成为大，而且富足。
  • 5:28　They are fat; they are sleek; Indeed they surpass in deeds of wickedness; They do not judge the cause, The cause of the orphan, but they prosper; And the right of the needy they do not judge.
  • 他们肥胖光润，又作恶过甚；他们不为人伸冤，就是不为孤儿伸冤，反倒自己亨通，也不为穷人辨屈。
  • 5:29　Shall I not punish because of these things? Declares Jehovah; And on a nation such as this Shall My soul not avenge itself?
  • 耶和华说，我岂不因这些事讨罪呢？我岂不报复这样的国呢？
  • 5:30　An appalling and horrible thing Has happened in the land:
  • 这地有可惊骇、恐怖的事，
  • 5:31　The prophets prophesy falsely, And the priests rule by their own authority; And My people love it this way. But what will you do at the end of it?
  • 就是申言者说假预言，祭司凭自己的权柄管理；我的百姓也喜爱这样。但到了结局，你们要怎样行呢？
